All horses on grounds must be entered or registered as Non-competing.
Entry: P: $200.00; BN/N/T: $190.00; Starter (Intro): $135.00; CT: $75.00.
Non-Competing horses: $25.00-must register with secretary and wear a bridle tag at all times while on grounds.
Stabling: Permanent stabling on grounds $130.00. Tack Stall: $75.
Bedding: $7.50 per bag.
Camping: $30.00 per night.
Change Fee after Closing Date: $25.00.
Refunds: Before CD-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD- No refund - entry fee applied to any Windridge Farm event within 1 calendar year, unfortunately stabling refunded only if filled by wait list. Competition Cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Change Fee after closing date: $25.00.
USEA membership & horse registration required at all levels except Starter and combined test levels . Starter competitors are also exempt from USEA Starter/D&M Fees. ST competitors who are not USEA members, must include a $25.00 USEA non-member fee with entry; CT competitors are exempt from the USEA Starter/D&M fee. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members. Negative Coggins current through May 11, 2019 must accompany entry. Competitors ride times will be emailed and posted on WindridgeFarmsNC.com.

Prizes & 8 ribbons. Awards after completion of each division.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Permanent 10x10 Stabling with doors on grounds: $130 for weekend. No initial bedding. Please pre-pay for bedding with entry $7.50 per bag. Enclose a separate $50 stall cleaning deposit. No grounds fee for ship-ins. Tack stalls-$75. All horses on grounds must be entered or registered as Non-competing. Non-competing horse must pay registration fee of $25 and wear bridle # at all times.Veterinaran & Farrier: Tryon Equine 828-894-6065 Farrier on call, # posted with Secretary and on Scoreboard.
