Some Internet mapping sites may route you to Lynn Dr. – do not turn here (dead end road with limited turnaround). If approaching from the south, do not take US Hwy 27 through Columbus (too many traffic lights). From North: I-85 south to exit #21, I-185 south. Exit #42, US 27 south (left). 21.7 miles to right at Kingsboro Rd. (just past Mulberry Creek). Follow Kingsboro Rd. to end. Farm entrance ahead. From South: I-185 north, Exit #12, Williams Rd., east (right). Straight thru stop sign, cross RR to traffic light, then north (left) on Veterans Pkwy. 12.0 mi. to left at Kingsboro Rd. (pass farm main entrance), then as above. From East & West: US 80 to Veterans Pkwy./US 27 (exit 4) north, then as above.

Into: $150 (XC Jumps-12" and Show Jumping-18"). Stabling: $225/stall - Noon Friday - Sunday and includes initial bag of shavings. Additional nights-$35/stall, based on availability. 224 permanent stalls (10’ x 12’). Stall doors provided. Pre-ordered shavings will be $7/bag, otherwise $9/bag. Tack Stalls: $225/stall, based on availability. Stall deposit: $50.00 (separate check). Grounds fee: $50.00 for non-stabled (ship-in) horses and/or non-competing horses. Camping:$50/night for all RV hook-ups! We have 50-amp, 30-amp, and 110 hook-ups available. Limited spaces, please specify electric needs. First come, first serve! Bathroom and shower facilities available, no septic. No hook-ups allowed from the barn.
Refunds:Refunds will be given through Friday, July 3rd, less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals MUST be emailed, faxed or mailed & postmarked on or before July 3rd. After July 3rd, no refunds, unless entry and/or stall can be filled from wait list, less $25 non-refundable office fee.
Competition cancellation-Full credit.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Entries are accepted when received. Priority is based on “postmark date"(date on envelope or online submission date).Payment is due when entry submitted. If payment is not submitted with entry, payment must be received within 7 days or the “postmark date"may be changed to reflect the date the payment is postmarked. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Starter & Intro are exempt from USEA membership/horse registration, and the USEA Starter/D&M Fee do not apply. XC pinny holder required. Available to purchase at event for $20. $50 stall stripping deposit drawn on separate check is required with entry. Stall deposits cannot be paid online. Check or cash only. Returned checks - $30 fee. Changes: Any change to an entry subject to $25 fee. All change requests must be in writing (email, fax or mail). Before C.D.-change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D.-change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division allowed, space permitting. Awards

1st Place Prize & ribbons through 8th place per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling: $225/stall - Noon Friday - Sunday and includes initial bag of shavings. Additional nights-$35/stall, based on availability. 224 permanent stalls, doors provided. Tack stalls:$225 - available only after all horses have been assigned a stall. No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine. $50 Stall cleaning deposit required & must be included with entry on separate check. Check will destroyed if stall is stripped. Grounds fee:for non-stabled and non-competing horses $50 for entire event. Shavings: Initial bag of bedding included. Pre-ordered shavings will be $7/bag, otherwise $9/bag. Arenas: All weather footing in all rings and warm-up rings. Ample warm-up.

Cross-Country

I-3,500m @ 550mpm. IP/P:3,100m @ 520mpm. PT/T: 2,600m @ 450mpm. TN/N:2,200m @ 375mpm. BN:2,000m @ 325mpm. Starter: 1,200m @ 300mpm with jumps not to exceed 2'6". Intro: 1,000m @ 300mpm with jumps not to exceed 12".
All courses:Rolling terrain, and courses are average for horses with some experience at these levels. Cross-country course closed June 26.

COVID-19 STATEMENT: Poplar Place Farm, the US Equestrian Federation and the United States Eventing Association are dedicated to ensuring the safety and welfare of horses and all participants. These requirements and recommendations for operating USEF-licensed competitions are in effect immediately and until further notice, however, they are subject to modification as the guidance from the government and public health officials’ changes. We are all in this together and the situation requires that each and every one of us take personal responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of ourselves, our family members, and our colleagues and peers in the competition environment.
