Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to CHP. Only ONE Check needed for all horses/stabling/grounds fee!
Entry: P/T: $225.00; N/BN: $200.00; CT:$90.00. (U.S. dollars only)
Stabling: $200.00 Stabling;Tack stall: $200.00 Extra nights: $35.00 per horse/stall.
Grounds fee: $50.00 each non-stabled horse.
RV/Camping: $50.00 per night.
Entries
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
A USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and horse registration and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.
Changes after C.D. $30, Entries after C.D. $75 late fee.
Riders must provide their own cross country number holder.
Camping fee $30/night separate check .

Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry minus $50 if spot can be filled from Wait List. No refunds if spot cannot be filled from a wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. No refund on campsite if cancelled within 24 hours of event.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses: Copy of current Negative Coggins must accompany entry.
Any changes after C.D., $30 office fee.
Pre-order/pre-pay extra shavings $10/bag delivered to stall.
Separate Checks for Camping and Tack Stalls, please!
Submitted entries not paid by the closing date will not be included in the ride times. The event is considered full when all the on grounds stalls are filled. Priority for stalls will be for riders entered in the horse trials and then for tack stalls if there are any stalls available.
Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
Stall deposit fee: $25 separate check. The check will be destroyed if stall is left clean with no manure, hay or wet spots.
Awards
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division.
Stabling/Veterinarian
192 permanent stalls 12' x 12'. Available Friday AM to Sunday PM. Stall doors provided. No Initial Bedding. $200.00/ stall; $200.00/ Tack Stall/Non-competing; Bedding may be purchased in advance or on grounds during event ($8). Please pre order! Stable questions 910.875.2074.

Cross-Country
All courses true representation of their level. Rolling, sand-based turf, all weather footing. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 325 mpm. Cross-country not open for schooling, except for scheduled schooling days. Course Closed March 27th.
