Tentative Schedule
Fri:Stables open at noon, Cross-country course opens-3 pm.
Sat:P,T,N,BN,Starter Dressage 7:30 am; Show jumping 9:30 am. We will show jump as many divisions as possible on Saturday, starting with Prelim and working down.
Sun:P,T,N,BN,Starter Cross Country 7:30 am. Any divisions that didn't show jump on Saturday will show jump Sunday morning before they do XC.

Wait List policy:Entries are added to the competition in the order they are received.After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received.Only entries received by Closing Date and paid in full are placed on the Wait List. All entries received after the closing dates are ineligible for the Wait List.Once scheduling of the competition is complete, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only.The Wait List expireson Sunday July 19 at 9 pm.All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the wait list.After the CD and before the termination of the wait list, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the wait list.Scratches after the close of the wait list date are not eligible for a refund. With the expiration of the wait list, no scratched spots are filled.

Tack Stall: $50.00.
Stall Cleaning Deposit: $50.00 (stall and tack stall must be stripped

Grounds fee: $25.00 (non-stabled horses for entire event).

Camping for the event (no tent camping): $50.00.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/stabling-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $40 Late fee for entries received after closing date. $50.00 NSF fee.Double entries: Not accepted. Number of entries per rider may be limited at the discretion of
the Secretary.
USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels,
except Starter. Starter Test participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.
Any entries not complete by the closing date will be
chargeda $20 late fee, this means we must have all forms, documents, signatureand
funds, or it will be considered late and will be charged the $20 late fee. Post entries accepted if space
available must pay $40 late fee. (all checks/funds postmarked
after close date will be charged this $40 Post entry fee).
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office
fee; After C.D.-Entry/stabling-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled

Stabling/Veterinarian
$120 stall from noon Fri. to 5 pm Sun. Tack stall: $50. 302 perm. stalls on grounds. No portable stalls allowed. Stall
doors/initial bedding (2 bags shavings) provided. Order your additional bedding
on the stabling form. Additional
bedding, $7/bag. $50 stall cleaning fee required on SEPARATE CHECK. Stalls
(includes tack stall) to be stripped and swept clean prior to departure. $25 grounds fee for horses not stabled at event.
Veterinarian and Farrier: On grounds, # will be posted at Secretary's office.

P: Approximately 2600m @ 520 mpm. T: Approximately 2200m @ 450 mpm. N: Approximately 1900m @ 380mpm. BN: Approximately 1500m @ 330 mpm. Starter: Approximately 1100m@ 300mpm(max. height 2
feet). Terrain: Hilly with possible natural water crossings. Starter
course may include a water option. Cross-country course closed July 13.
Other Information
NOTE: WE WILL REQUIRE RIDER PAPER PINNY HOLDERS FOR CROSS COUNTRY. SECRETARY WILL HAVE SMALL NUMBER OF PLASTIC PINNY HOLDERS FOR SALEPAPER NUMBERS WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR CROSS COUNTRY.
Cross-country course closed July 13.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the
Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Be sure to include horse and rider
experience in the appropriate place on the entry form! If entries exceed 150 then Starter will do Dressage on Saturday and on Sunday they will do Stadium first and then XC.
Food Concession Stand on
grounds opens Friday at noon-4 pm; Saturday 6 am-3 pm; Sunday 6 am-3 pm.
Dogs must be leashed with
person attached.
Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current Federation Rule Book will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in thestate in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they areaccompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license.The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and managementin their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but notlimited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areaswhere people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk ofharm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
