Entry Fee Postmarked Mar 11th - Mar 24th: All CCI-S divs: $450; A: $350; I: $300; P: $300; T: $250; CT-A: $100. Double Entry: $25.00. Stabling: $50.00/stall/night. Stall Cleaning Deposit: $35.00 (separate check). Late Fee All entries after March 24th: $100.00 AVOID THE LATE FEE! Enter before Closing. Entries

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $30 fee for bounced checks. All CCI-S competitors must use the 2020 CCI-S Entry Form.All U.S. CCI3-S/CCI2-S horses must have a National or FEI Passport; all foreignCCI-S horses & U.S. CCI4-S horses must have a FEI passport. All CCI-S horses and riders must be registered with the FEI for 2020. Include printed, legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund. Scratches/Changes must be in writing via mail, fax, email only. A fee will be charged for any changes made to entry: $30/ change fee, $50 changes after April 5. If space allows and post entries are accepted they will be charged an additional $100 late fee. ANY entrypostmarkedafter Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $100 Late fee applies. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Any entry which is incomplete as of 6:00 pm Sunday April 5th will be charged an additional $20 PER MISSING ITEM. This includes signature pages, Coggins, horse or rider numbers, etc.

Awards

Prize money: $2,500 prize money for the CCI4-S Division; 8 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$50/stall/night. 120 permanent 10x10 stalls with rubber mats and doors. If additional stalls are required, they will be temporary stalls with doors. Straw bedding ONLY. $35 clean stall deposit required- -SEPARATE CHECK. 1 bale of straw/stall provided. PRE-ORDER any additional straw or any hay needed from sec'y by April 3. If additional bedding/hay is not pre-ordered, it will NOT be available for purchase. CCI-S horses are not required to stable on-site. Veterinarian: # posted at secy's office.

All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level. Established turf. Terrain requires fit horse. CCI4-S and Advanced XC on the new track at the Fairgrounds. CCI3-S, CCI2-S, Intermediate, Preliminary and Training on the Gallaher Road courses. Cross-country never open for schooling, except during scheduled times as listed on website.

Show Jumping on All Weather footing.

Other Information

IMPORTANT: NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES allowed on park land by MD state law - leave the mini-bikes at home. Cross-country not open for schooling, except during scheduled times as listed on website. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds.
