Directions to the Texas Rose Horse Park. Address: 14078 State Hwy 110 N Tyler, TX 75704. From the East (Shreveport Area) – Take I-20 West to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Left (South). Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left. From the West (Dallas Area) – Take I-20 East to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Right (South). Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left. From the South (Houston Area) – Take US 287 North to TX-155 towards Tyler. At FM-2661 turn Left. Left again at TX-64, Right on CR-413, then Left at FM -724. Follow FM -724 to CR-42 and turn Right. At TX-110 turn Left – TRHP is on the Right. From the South (San Antonio Area) – Take I-35 North to US-84 and turn Right. Follow US-84 to TX-31, turn Right. At FM-314 turn Left, Right on to FM-279, Left on to FM -314 then Right on to CR-4906. At CR-4907 turn Left to a Right turn at CR-4908 (this road turns into CR-426). At CR-422 turn Right, then Right on to FM-1995 and Right on to TX-110. TRHP is on the Right. From the North (Oklahoma City Area) – Take I-35 South towards Dallas to I-635 East to I-635 South to US-80 East to I-20 East towards Shreveport to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Right (South). Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.

Stabling/Tack Stall: $155.00, Horse Stall includes 3 bags of shavings. Early move-ins, Arriving before 10:00am, Friday, June 19 or Late Move-outs after 7:00pm Sunday, June 21 will incur additional stall fee of $35.00. Trailer-in/Grounds Fee: $60.00- Non Stabled Horse (haul ins). Shavings: Additional shavings may be purchased at $10.00 per bag. Advance orders for Additional Shavings, should be sent to TRHP by Monday, June 16th, and is highly recommended. All Shavings orders should be in by 2:00pm each day for same day delivery. Refunds: Before Closing Date - full refund Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After Closing Date - if presented with Dr. or Vet certificate, entry fee less $50 cancellation fee, refund is a non-transferable credit voucher good for 1 year entry fee to a Texas Rose Horse Park Horse Trial. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Entries

Paper Number Pinnies will be in effect for cross country. Riders must bring pinny holders with them. Entry fees per division and include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except INTRO. INTROparticipants are exempt from USEA membership and theUSEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. All Preliminary & Intermediate entries, owners and agents must show proof of USEF membership, or pay the $45 USEF Show Pass fee. All entries must have three signatures: Rider, Owner and Trainer. Refunds: Before Closing Date - full refund Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After Closing Date - if presented with Dr. or Vet certificate, entry fee less $50 cancellation fee, refund is a non-transferable credit voucher good for 1 year entry fee to a Texas Rose Horse Park Horse Trial. Wait List Policy: After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received. Only entries received by Closing Date are placed on the Wait List. All entries received after the closing date are ineligible for the Wait List. Once scheduling of the competition is complete, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only. The Wait List expires on Friday, June 19th, 2020 at 9 pm. All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the Wait List. After the Closing Date and before the termination of the Wait List, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the Wait List. Scratches after the close of the Wait List are not eligible for a refund. With the expiration of the Wait List, no scratched spots are filled.

Cross-Country

I/IP-3200m @ 550 mpm. Rolling terrain, expect two water complexes, corners, banks, drops, skinnies, and tech questions. P/PT-2200 m @ 520 mpm. Expect water, banks, ditches, corners and skinnies. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm.Expect water, banks, ditches, angled combinations. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. Expect water, banks, ditch/log, combination. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm. Expect water, intro ditch, step up. INTRO-1400m @ 300mpm. Expect water crossing, log, and coops. All courses: Rolling terrain. Intermediateand Preliminary Courses are not move up courses. Cross-countrycoursewill be closed June 12th.

Form should be received by TRHP no later than 1 week before start of event. Show grounds are stressful for many dogs and their presence is discouraged; if present, must be controlled and leashed. Please not updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control per GR1301. Please see our guidelines for social distancing - www.texasrosehorsepark.com. Absolutely no smoking in barns. Please field strip your cigarettes and pocket filters. NO VEHICLES ON COURSE! Motorized vehicle statement:Minors who do not have a valid driver's license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minor who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver's license. The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver's license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed "unsafe use" if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of the rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties.
