Traveling Tips: Do not take “Alt. US Hwy. 27” (you may never get here). Some Internet mapping sites may route you to Lynn Dr. – do not turn here (dead end road with limited turnaround). If approaching from the south, do not take US Hwy 27 through Columbus (too many traffic lights).
From North: I-85 south to exit #21, I-185 south. Exit #42, US 27 south (left). 21.7 miles to right at Kingsboro Rd. (just past Mulberry Creek). Follow Kingsboro Rd. to end. Farm entrance ahead.
From South: I-185 north, Exit #12, Williams Rd., east (right). Straight thru stop sign, cross RR to traffic light, then north (left) on Veterans Pkwy. 12.0 mi. to left at Kingsboro Rd. (pass farm main entrance), then as above.
From East & West: US 80 to Veterans Pkwy./US 27 (exit 4) north, then as above.

Entry: IP/P:$250;PT/T: $230; N/BN: $200;Starter: $175. Intro (XC Jumps-12" and Show Jumps-18"): $150.
Stabling: $195.00 for Friday - Sunday;Additional nights: $35.00. Initial bag of bedding included. Bedding that is pre-ordered will be $7/bag, otherwise $9/bag.
Tack Stalls: $195.00.
Stall deposit: $50.00 (separate check).
Grounds fee: $50.00 for Non-stabled (ship-in) horses and non-competing horses.
Camping:$50/night for all RV Hookups. We have 15 - 50/30 amp spots and 30 - 110 amp spots. All hook-ups are first come, first serve. Please specify electric needs. No hook-ups from the barns.
Refunds: Up to one week after C.D. (March 13), less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals MUST be emailed, faxed or mailed & postmarked on or before March 13. After March 13, no refunds, unless entry and/or stall can be filled from wait list, less $25 non-refundable office fee.
Competition cancellation-Partial credit.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries are accepted when received. Priority is based on “postmark date" (date on envelope or online submission date).
Payment is due when entry submitted. If payment is not submitted with entry, payment must be received within 7 days or the “postmark date"may be changed to reflect the date the payment is postmarked.
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Double entries: Not accepted.
Starter & Introare exempt from USEA membership/horse registration, and the USEA Starter/D&M Fee does not apply.
XC pinny holder required.
$50 stall stripping deposit drawn on separate check is required with entry. Stall deposits cannot be paid online. Check or cash only.
Returned checks - $30 fee.
Changes: Any change made to an entry after closing date is subject to $25 fee. All change requests must be in writing (email, fax or mail). Before C.D.-change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D.-change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division allowed, space permitting.
Late Fee: Entry postmarked after C.D. - $25.

Awards
Prizes & 8 ribbons per division.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling: $195/stall Friday through Sunday and includes initial bag of shavings. Additional nights-$35/stall. 224 permanent stalls (10’ x 12’) & temporary stalls (10’ x 10’) available if entries warrant. If temporary stabling is utilized, permanent barn assignments will be made based on postmark date of entry (not “stable with” requests). Stall doors/initial bedding (shavings) provided. Tack stalls $195 - available only after all horses have been assigned a stall. No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine.
Grounds fee for non-stabled horses $50 for entire event. Grounds fee for non-compete horses $50 for entire event.
Shavings:Shavings that are pre-ordered will be $7/bag, all other times they will be $9/bag. $50 stall cleaning deposit required & must be included with entry ON ASEPARATE CHECK. Stalls to be stripped prior to leaving (check will be destroyed if stall is stripped).

IP/P: 2730m @ 520mpm. PT/T: 2100m @ 450mpm. N: 1850m @ 375mpm. BN: 1780m @ 325mpm. Starter: 1200m @ 300mpm with jumps not to exceed 2'6". Intro: 1,000m @ 300 mpm with jumps not to exceed 12".
All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels. Rolling hills with established turf. Cross-country courses closed March 12.

Food concession on grounds – open early for breakfast.
Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed during competition. If caught loose, $25 fine.

Party: Competitor reception on Saturday evening. Hor de'voures, beer, wine, water and soft drinks.
