From East or North (through Columbia, SC): I-20 to SC exit 22. At the end of the ramp turn left on Hwy 1 (York St.). Follow Hwy 1 (York St.) to Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr.) and turn left. Follow to Hwy 302 (Wagener Rd.,) and turn left. Full Gallop Farm is approx. 6 mi. on the right.
From South: I-95 to US-78 W via EXIT 77 toward BRANCHVILLE/BAMBERT. Go 13.1 miles. Turn LEFT onto US-21/FREEDOM RD. Go 0.2 miles. Turn RIGHT onto US-78/W EDWARDS ST. Continue to follow US-78. Go 51.8 miles. Turn RIGHT onto HATCHAWAY BRIDGE RD. Go 4.2 miles. Turn LEFT onto SC-302/SC-4. Go 0.8 miles, farm on the left.

Entries
XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required--for sale on site for $25 each. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Preliminary & Intermediate level entries; please include a copy of USEF membership card. Priority will be given to Intermediate and Preliminary entries.
USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.
Double entries: Not accepted.All changes incur a $25 fee, per change. All changes and scratchesmust be made in writing, or emailto secretary. Check www.fullgallopfarm.com for entry status.
Refunds:Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Withdrawals must be in writing, or email to secretary. Copy of horsesCoggins must have a legible "date drawn" and "accession number" and must be provided with entry, "smartphone" photos, must be completely visible with all information. If you must turn the Coggins in when you check in at the event please bring acopy to give to the event to keep;we will not make copies of your Coggins at the event. To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email, all required information prior to coming to the event. If space allowspost/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee.ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. This includes coggins, signatures, and required documents. Funds must be received/or postmarked whether entering electronically or by mail, by 11:59 pm on the closing date or will be considered late. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to!

Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited (120 12x12 perm stalls). $150/stall-9am Fridayto 9pm SundayAdditional night stays available $25 per night. $50 stall deposit, returned or ripped up if stall is well cleaned, Check with office to have stall approved before leaving 100 perm. stalls on grounds. Off-site stabling if needed will be assigned at several with perm stalls 1-5 miles from event. Please check website for stabling assignments and groupings. Stall doors & bulk shavings provided. If preferred You can order bag shavings for $8 per bag. Please let us know on entry or by e-mail if you would like bags and how many. Feed/Bedding/Hay available for purchase, further info from sec. Cross-Country
P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. TN/N-2000 m @ 375 mpm BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm, Starter - 325 mpm -All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level: Jumps are substantial, not a move-up course. Terrain: Excellent footing of sand based turf, rolling pastures, hills, some woods. Cross-country course closed March 3rd. Course speeds and distances aresubject to change.
Other Information
Cross-country course closed June 7th.
Part of Grounds fees are donated to the Volunteer fire Dept.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
No motorized vehicles allowed on Cross Country Course.
NOTICE -Due to changes in our insurance -Full Gallop has had to institute a NO DOG policy. This will now be in effect for Full Gallop at all times,
during events, schooling etc.

We will be running YEH4, YEH5, and NEH on Saturday June 13th
TEAM CHALLENGE: Teams will consist of four riders competing in thesameDivision (P, T, N, BN orStarter Division). The best three weighted scores will be used to determine final team standings.Write your team name on your entry form.If you wish to ride on a team but do not have enough riders to form one please email the Secretary and she will help you get on a team.There is no additional fee to compete as a team.Prizes awarded to first place winners of each Division at the conclusion of this event. There must be a minimum of three teams at the level to run the team challenge at that level.
