Fees

Entry CT: $135/division. 2nd CT: $100/division.
Stabling $75/stall.
Haul In Fee: $40/weekend.
Grounds fee: $40.00 (non competition horses in addition to stabling fees)
Shavings: $10/bag.
Mini Flake Shavings: $11/bag.
Teams: $5.00 per person.
Optional Weather Protection: $30 non-refundable fee for each entry. If you purchase weather protection and we don't run all2 phases of your division, we will refund your entry, stabling and starter fees.

Note: Rider MAY enter multiple divisions of the CT. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE. LATE ENTRIES will pay an additional $50 fee. All entry fees include a $25.00 non-refundable office fee. Double Entries not accepted. Competitors who are not USEA MEMBERS MUST PAY EXTRA $25.00 NON MEMBER FEE WITH ENTRY. $15.00 fee for incomplete entries, $25.00 fee for changing horse/rider/level after C.D. If space available, entries will be accepted after the CD and will be assessed a $50 late fee. NOTE CT Competitors: DO NOT PAY USEA STARTER FEES AND DRUG FEES. Return checks=$25.00. Awards
7 ribbons per division. Prizes for all first-place riders.
Stabling/Veterinarian
$75/stall. Barns open Friday noon to Sunday 6 pm. Additional nights available at $35/night. Stall doors. Hay and shavings available for purchases on grounds. $10/bag shavings. $11/bag mini flake shavings. $40.00/day grounds fee for horses not entered in the competition and not schooling XC for the day, THIS FEE IS IN ADDITION TO THE STALL FEE. Extended stays available please contact John Marshall at [email protected]. Further information from secretary. Veterinarian: # will be posted at show office in stabling area.

Other Information
Divisions may be divided/combined as entries warrant: state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Prize list from secretary. Food on grounds. Team Competition: Teams of 3/4, best3 scores to count, all team members at same level $5/per team member.
Cross-country course will be open for schooling during event, Friday, Saturday andSunday after the competition. $65 to become a member (includes first day of schooling), $50 for additional Cross-country schooling days.Horses entered in the CT may also enter additional Dressage or Show Jumping Test for $60/test at Early Bird entry rate. $70/ test after CD if time schedule permits. No ribbons given for individual tests.
