(Includes 1 ticket to Area VI Annual Awards Banquet & Competitor's Dinner.) Stabling: $135/stall. Haul In Fee: $60/horse. (HT non-stabled horses). Grounds Fee: $100/horse. (non-competition horses). Optional Weather Protection: $30.00 non-refundable fee for each entry. If you purchase weather protection and we don't run all 3 phases of your division, we will refund your entry, stabling and starter fees.

Area VI Annual Awards Banquet & Competitor's Dinner: $50/extra ticket. Shavings: $10/bag. Mini Flake Shavings:$11/bag. Teams: $5/member. Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation. Refunds: Before C.D.- Full Refund; after C.D. to Feb. 4-Less $25 office fee. After Feb. 4th no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy:The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or if applicable, present at the first horse inspection.

Entries

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date a late fee up to $50 will be charged. $25 change fee for any changes made after closing date. Double Entry-$25. Incomplete Entries - $15, for all entries with missing signatures or full payment not with entry. Refunds: Before C.D.- Full Refund; after C.D. to Feb. 4-Less $25 office fee. After Feb. 4no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out of state horses. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro. Intro participants are exempt from USEA membership and non-membership fees; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner, and trainer. FEI passports required for all foreign owned CCI horses. CCI U.S. ownedhorses must have either a National Passport or FEI Passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $15 postage fee. All CCI riders and horses must have an FEI registration number.

CCI3*S-3200m @ 550 mpm, 32 efforts. CCI2*S-3000m @ 520 mpm, 30 efforts. A -3400m @570 mpm. I-3000m @ 550 mpm. P-2900 m @ 520 mpm. T-2300 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1900 m @ 350 mpm/max. height 2'6"-2'7". All Intro-1400 m @ 300 mpm height 20" - 24" with water option. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level. Cross-country course closes February 4th at dusk.

CCI-S - Ribbons 1st-10th: CCI3*-S/CCI2*-S-$3,500. HT - Ribbons 1st-7th. A,I,P- $3,500; T-Intro prizes 1st: Free stabling at April 2020 H.T, prizes 2nd-3rd.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$135/stall. 266 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bags shavings provided. $100 grounds fee for horses not entered in competition: This fee is in addition to the stall fee, includes cross-country schooling on Sunday after show. Hay/Bedding available for purchase at show grounds; further info from Sec'y. Additional Shavings- $10/bag. Mimi Flake Shavings- $11/bag. Veterinarian: # will be posted at show office in stabling area.

Accommodations

La Quinta Inn & Suites Northwest (Pet Friendly) will give you the Horse Park rate $89 single/$99 if you tell them you are with Fresno County Horse Park when you call the front desk at the hotel (559) 275-3700 extension #6 to make a reservation. Camping: Allowed, No hook-ups.
