Refund Policy: The
USEA Starter fees ($10), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned

REGISTRATION: USEA Limited or Full Registration Required for YEH/NEH
horses. USEA FEH, Limited or Full Registration required for FEH horses.
PAPER NUMBER PINNIES will be in effect for the jump/gallop test. Riders must bring pinny holders with them. PAYMENT: All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US banks; no foreign checks. All monies paid within 1 week of the event must be in form of credit card/money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions). Office fee will be billed to no-show, no-pay entries! CHANGES: Any change to entry subject to $20 fee and must be in writing (fax, email or mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. COGGINS: Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses, including non-compete horse. EMAIL: Include printed, legible and current email address on entry. Preferred contact is via email.

Dogs: GR1301.6 will be STRICHTLY ENFORCED. There will be a $100 fine for any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner may be asked to leave the grounds. - Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’ behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards.
