Unpaid entries:On time entries still unpaid after closing date will receive a $30.00 late fee. Payment: All entry fees must be in US funds. All monies paid within 1 week of the event must be in the form of credit/card/money order/cashiers check (no exceptions) Office fee will be billed to no-show, no-pay entries. $50.00 will be charged for any returned checks. Changes: Any changes to entry will be subject to a $20.00 fee and must be in writing(fax, email or mail). Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted All Entries must include printed valid email address; All communications after closing date via email unless specified on entry. Coggins:Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses, including non-compete horse. Must be current through last day of competition. HEALTH CERTIFICATE:30 day health certificate is MANDATORY for all horses, including non-compete entering grounds.
