Left again at TX-64, Right on CR-413, then Left at FM -724. Follow FM -724 to CR-42 and turn Right. At TX-110 turn Left – TRHP is on the Right.From the South (San Antonio Area) – Take I-35 North to US-84 and turn Right. Follow US-84 to TX-31, turn Right. At FM-314 turn Left, Right on to FM-279, Left on to FM -314 then Right on to CR-4906. At CR-4907 turn Left to a Right turn at CR-4908 (this road turns into CR-426). At CR-422 turn Right, then Right on to FM-1995 and Right on to TX-110. Horse stall includes3 bags of shavings. Early move-ins: Arriving before 10:00am, Friday, November 8 or Late Move-outs after 8:00pm Sunday, November 10 will incur additional stall fee of $35.00. Stabling changes without permission from secretary will result in a $50.00 fine.Remember to put group name on form.
Trailer-in/Grounds Fee: $60.00 per horse - Non Stables Horse (haul ins).Horses not to be tied to trees or railing. No unattended trailer tying.
Shavings:Additional shavings may be purchased at $10.00 per bag. Advance orders for additional shavings should be sent to TRHP by Tuesday, November 5th, and is highly recommended. All Shavings orders should be in by 2:00pm each day for same day delivery. Stall Deposit: $25.00 (separate check).Check will not be cashed if stall is completely striped and cleared of all manure and hay at end of event. Anyone who places manure in an "empty" or unused stall will be charged one half stall fee or or $80.00, whichever is greater.

USEA Starter and D & M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D & M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Paper Number Pinnieswill be in effect for cross country. Riders must bring pinny holders with them.
Entry fees per division and include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required for all levels except Intro.Intro participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. AllPreliminary & Intermediateentries, owners and agents must show proof of USEF membership, or pay $45 show pass fee.
All entries must have three signatures: Rider, Owner and Trainer. Changes after CD $30. Entries after CD $75 late fee.
Required: Vaccination, Coggins, Heath Certificate Information:
All horses entering the show grounds of a USEF licensed competition MUST be accompanied by documentation showing vaccinations for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (Rhinopneumontis) within 6 months as well as have a current negative EIA/Coggins test (within 12 months). This is mandatory for every horse entry. See USEF rule GR845. Heath Certificate (30 day) needed on all out of state horses.

Wait List Policy: After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received. Only entries received by Closing Date are placed on the Wait List. All entries received after the closing date are ineligible for the Wait List. Once scheduling of the competition is complete, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only. The Wait List expires on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 9pm. All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the Wait List. After the Closing Date and before the termination of the Wait List, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the Wait List. Scratches after the close of the Wait List are not eligible for a refund. With the expiration of the Wait List, no scratched spots are filled.

Exhibitors are notified that any act of discourtesy or disobedience to the judges, officials or volunteers, on the part of the owner, manager, rider, or groom shall disqualify the horses, and the owner shall forfeit his entry fee and other fees.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Form and insuranceshould be received by TRHP no later than 1 week before start of event.
Dogs: Show grounds are stressful for many dogs and their presence is discouraged; if present, must be controlled and leashed.
Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals, must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs' behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards pursuant to rule GR 1301.6. In addition, pursuant to facility regulations, loose dogs will be fined $100.00.
