ALL mailed entries, Event Eventries & Xentries MUST include payment in full to be accepted. ALL entries must be postmarked prior to or on closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 post entry fee. Any entry sent incomplete may not accepted or assessed the incomplete entry fee. Changes after C.D. $25. Refunds: Before C.D. - Full Refund (FEI &T3D CD=10/1; HT CD=10/15); FEI & T3D after C.D. to Oct. 09-Less $25 office fee; HT after C.D. to Oct. 23-Less $25 office fee. After Oct. 09 and 23 respectively no refund unless spot can be filled from wait list.Competition cancellation-No refund.
All changes/scratches must be made by email to[email protected]. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out-of-state horses (state law). All PRELIM and above must send a copy of your USEF card for rider, trainer & owner.
FEI passports required for all foreign owned CCI horses and U.S. CCI4*-L horses. CCI3*-L/2*-L U.S. ownedhorses must have either a National Passport or FEI Passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $10 postage fee. All CCI riders and horses must have an FEI registration number.

Stabling/Veterinarian
$200 for duration. Tack rooms available for $200. Barn opens noon Oct. 29th until November 4th noon. Early arrivals by appointment- $25/night. 200 perm. stalls and 48 tack stalls on grounds, 300 temporary stalls. 100 New 4mx3m temp barns installed adjacent to RV parking and dressage arenas along the grass. Stall doors & initial bedding provided. Haul-ins HT only, $100. Bedding available for purchase from sec'y. Veterinarian: San Dieguito Equine Group (760) 591-9952. # will be posted at show office.

New Trailer Parking Policy: Trailer parking is tight, you will not be able to tie horses to your trailer or put awnings out. Tack Stalls are HIGHLY recommended. All parking must be done with attendant guidance. Late night arrivals be prepared to move to designated spot the next morning.
