Fees

Draw checks to Fresno County Horse Park. Entry HT: I: $270; P: $250; T/N/BN/INTRO: $235. YEH CH: $200 Stabling: $125/stall. $35/night extra stabling. Shavings: $10/bag. Haul In Fee: $60/horse/weekend. Grounds fee: $100/non-competing horse (includes XC schooling Sunday after show). Dressage Test of Choice: $25/test.

Show Jumping Test of Choice: $25/round.

Teams: $5/person.

Optional Weather Protection: $30 non-refundable fee for each entry. If you purchase weather protection and we don't run all 3 phases of your division, we will refund your entry, stabling and starter fees. Refunds: Before C.D.- Full Refund; after C.D. to Oct 8-Less $25 office fee. After Oct. 8 no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list. If either are filled either will be refunded less $25 office fee.Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund.

Entries & Xentries MUST include payment to be accepted. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! For entries received after closing date apost entryfee of up to $50 will be charged. $25 change fee for any changes made after closing date. Double Entry-$25. Incomplete Entries - $15, for all entries with missing signatures. Refunds: Before C.D.- Full Refund; after C.D. to Oct 8-Less $25 office fee. After Oct. 8 no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list. If either are filled either will be refunded less $25 office fee.Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out of state horses. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner, and trainer.

Awards

HT: Ribbons 1st to 7th, prizes for 1st - 3rd place. $1,000 prize money for Intermediate. YEH: Ribbons 1st-7th, Prizes for 1st & 2nd.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$125/stall from noon Thurs. to noon Mon. $35/night for early arrivals. 266 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided. $100 GROUNDS FEE FOR HORSES NOT ENTERED IN THE COMPETITION, THIS FEE IS IN ADDITION TO THE STALL FEE and includes Cross-Country Schooling on Sunday after the show. Accommodations

La Quinta Inn & Suites Northwest (Pet Friendly) will give you the Horse Park rate ($85 single/$95 double) if booked before October 4 and $89 single/$99 double if booked on October 4 or thereafter if you tell them you are with Fresno County Horse Park when you call the front desk at the hotel (559) 275-3700 extension #6 to make a reservation. Camping: Allowed, no hook-ups.

Cross-country course closed Oct. 8th at sundown. Dressage Tests of Choice: 11:00-4:30. CCI Tests may be ridden. Show Jumping Tests of Choice: 11:30-12:15-Intro; 12:15-1:15-BN; 1:15-2-15-N; 2:15-3:00-T; 3:00-3:45-P; 3:45-4:10-I; 4:10-4:30-A. $25 per test, sign up first come first served with entry or Friday at 9:00 am in show office. Horses not entered in HT, and only hauling in will pay the $45 facility use fee in addition to test fees. Divisions may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Team Competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level $5/per team member. FCHP uses paper pinney numbers, rider must provide their own vinyl bib. Vinyl bibs are available for purchase at vendor on grounds.
