Starter entrants: USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply; USEA membership and non-membership fees are waivedd. Any entry changes/additions made after C.D. will be charged a non-refundable $40 post closing date fee. Preliminary competitors who are not USEF members must pay extra $25 with entry. $20 lost pinny-No deposit required.
