From I-26: Exit Landrum SC(#1). Hwy 14 towards Landrum for 1.5mi.; Right on Bomar; One block, turn right on Prince Rd. Go 1.7mi to left on Hunting Country Rd just before crossing underneath I-26 bridge. Stabling on Left 8/10mi. Competition at Foothills Equestrian Nature Center. All turns marked by FENCE signs.

Fri: Cross-country course open-3pm. Expert-led course walk-4pm (Expert TBD). Competitors Welcome Reception 5-6:30 pm (under the old oak tree near the water jump), followed by Competitors Dinner 6:00-8:00 at Pavilion on stabling side of property.
Sat: Dressage-8am; Cross-country-10:00am.
Sun: Show Jumping-8:00 am. Awards immediately following Divisions.

Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses $25/day (if not stabled) - must register withSecretaryand wear a bridle number at all times while on grounds.
Stabling: $160 (noon Fri - 5pm Sun). Addit'l nights: $35 each.
Muck Fee Deposit: $50; Separate check.
Tack Stalls: $100.
Ship-in: $25 per day for non-stabled horses.
Bedding: $7.50.
RV Hook-up: $50/night (electric & water), 20 spaces available. 20 adapters available at additional $100 deposit fee, payable to secretary.

USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21.), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Entry fee includes a $25. non-refundable office fee. Double Entries not accepted. USEA membership required at all levels except Starter. BN competitors must be USEA members and the horse registered with a Limited status (T,N,BN) or Full status.Divisions may befurther divided or combined if entries warrant. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members. Starter competitors are exempt from USEA Membership/non-membership fees and starter/D&M feesbut will require aXC pinney # holder which are sold on site for $20. Returned checks incur $25. processing charge. All changes after closing incur a $25 fee. All changes and scratches must be made in writing, or email to secretary. Check TRHC website at www.trhc1925.org for entry status and times. Refunds: Before CD-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD- Entry/Stabling- Less $25 ONLY if place filled from waiting list. Competition Cancellation-No refund.
Current USEF card must accompany P entries.
Neg Coggins within 12 months required for all horses. Legible and clear copy must have a "date drawn" and "accession number" and must be provided with entry. "Smartphone" photos must be completely visible with all information. Coggins copy required to keep in the Show Office; we will not make copies for you at the event.
Late Entries: If space allows post/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee. Any entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will also be considered a late entry and charged the $50 late fee. This includes Coggins, signatures, and required documents. Funds must be received/postmarked whether entering electronically or by mail, by 11:59 pm on the closing date or will be considered late. Late fee policy will be strictly followed!!
Stabling Form: Requests need to be noted by placing same name (trainer, barn or person to be stabled with) on stabling form. Late entry stabling requests may not be able to be accommodated. A separate check for Stall Deposit -- PER HORSE -- must be included.

P-Approximately 2600m @ 520 mpm. T: Approximately 2200m @ 450 mpm. N: Approximately 1900m @ 375 mpm. BN: Approximately 1500m @ 330 mpm. Starter: Approximately 1100m @ 300 mpm (max. height 2 feet). Terrain: Hilly with possible natural water crossings. Starter course may include a water option. Cross-country course closed September 23.
Awards
Prizes and 8 ribbons per division for Horse Trial divisions. Perpetual trophy for overall low score at Prelim and Training. Perpetual trophy for winner and ribbons through 6th for College Team Competition.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited stabling 300 permanent 10 x 10 stalls with doors, on grounds. $160.00 /Stall from noon on Fri. to 5pm on Sunday; $100/Tack stall.
Grounds fee: for noncompeting horses only - $25/day. Non-competing horses must be stabled or pay grounds fee. All horses on grounds must be entered as competing or registered as non-competing.Muck Fee Deposit: $50, separate check.No portable stalls allowed. NO INITIAL BEDDING PROVIDED - PLEASE ORDER IN ADVANCE! Please order bedding on stabling form in advance ($7.50/bag) or by email to the secretary. Limited extra bedding available from Show Office.

Cross Country Schooling is permitted from 9 am until noon on Sunday, with trainer present, at a charge of $30/rider payable on site. Liability forms must
be signed.
Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
