From South: I-95 to Exit 100. Left off ramp on Rt. 272 N, 5 mi. to Rt. 273 E, 6 mi. pass Rt. 213 intersection. Same as above. Stabling Address: 50 Big Elk Chapel Road, Elkton, MD 21921. Tentative Schedule

Horses may arrive Monday Noon-5 pm and Tuesday 9 am-5 pm. Earlier arrivals must be cleared through CCI sec'y. Please Note: CCI horses stabled in fenced enclosure with 24-hour security. All CCI horses must be examined BEFORE ENTERING CCI stables. (Examination upon arrival-FEI Rules). Arrivals after 5 pm on Monday or Tuesday, or before Noon on Monday or 9 am on Tuesday or any horses without proper papers will be held in holding stalls, provided by management until examined & approved. FEI rules allow only the following persons connected with horse access to CCI stables: Rider, a max. of 2 Owners at any one time, Trainer (as listed on entry), 1 Groom/horse, Vet. accompanying competitor. Only official Event Farrier allowed in CCI stables. Wristband and personalized credentials employed for ID access to CCI stables at all times. Wed: Competitor Briefing-10 am. First horse inspection -1 pm. Cross country course open after Briefing. Thurs: CCI Dressage-8 am; YEH Dressage and Conformation phases. Fri: CCI Dressage-8 am;YEH Jumping phase. YEH Awards to follow Jumping. Sat: Cross Country-8 am, 3* then 4*. Sun: Third horse inspection-8:00 am; Show Jumping - 10 am for 3*,1 pm 4*. All times are TENTATIVE and subject to change.

Fees

Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions MUST be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspxor they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation. Event Fees Directory: see individual section for details. Draw checks to Fair Hill International, Inc. Entry: Per entry (U.S. dollars only): CCI: $650.00; YEH:$175.00. Stabling: $290.00. Clean Stall Deposit: $35.00 (separate check). Tack Stall: $290.00. Camping: $45.00 per night with hook-up, $25 per night no hook-up. Late Fee: $100.00. Missing Item fee: $20 per missing item (signature page, coggins, FEI/USEF/USEA numbers, etc) will be charged for anything missing as of Monday October 7th. Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $50/Stabling-In full; After C.D.- Entry/stabling-No refund (will be considered a donation to the cross-country building fund). Entries

Association fees: refer to the fee section of the entry form for payment amounts. Entry includes a $50 non-refundable administration fee. CCI Competitors must use the2019 CCI entry form. $35 stall deposit returned when stall is stripped (separate check for each horse must be included with entry). Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $50/Stabling-In full; After C.D.- Entry/stabling-No refund (will be considered a donation to the cross-country building fund). USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not present at the first horse inspection. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. (Copy must accompany entry & horse). CCI horses must be accompanied by a valid Passport.If space allows and post entries are accepted, they will be charged an additional $100 late fee. Riders will be limited to 2 horses per level if event is oversubscribed ON OPENING DAY - August 20. Otherwise limited to 4 per level, or as schedule permits. Riders must submit entry with payment to the Secretary as well as entering via the FEI Entry system. Only PAID entries will be accepted. Wait List policy: Entries will be accepted based on the postmark of mailed payment, or the date electronic payment was made. Additionally the entry must have been done through the FEI system. Riders should enter via the FEI system prior to or on the Opening Day for regular entry submission on August 20th. Entries will be accepted from the wait list by division as space allows.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$290.00 from Monday to Monday.Trailer parking is remote. Only competitors paying $25 per night for primitive camping and sleeping in their LQ will be allowed to park trailers in Stabling Area (as per DNR rules).The DNR Management encourages use of straw bedding, but shavings are allowed. Temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. Bring stall guards. Indicate on stabling form whether bedding on straw or shavings. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase IF PRE-ORDERED, further info from stable office. Veterinarians:FEI Vet Delegate: Dr. Karen Nyrop; Associate Vet: Dr. Debbie Williamson. Treating Vet: Equine Veterinary Care: # posted at stabling office/sec'y office. Sampling Procedure for Prohibited Substances (Vet Regs, Ch. V&VI and Annex IV) Regular sampling is carried out in CCI 5/4*, CCIOs, World Cup Qualifiers and Finals, Championships and Games, whereas at other CCIs sampling is recommended. When testing takes place, the number of horses tested is at the discretion of the Testing Veterinarian/Veterinary Delegate; however, a minimum of three is recommended (Vet Regs Art. 1016).

Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Maryland Dept. of Natural Resources requires proof of rabies vaccination. Owners WILL BE FINED $50/dog per incident by MD DNR for unleashed dogs anywhere on grounds INCLUDING STABLE AREA. Motorized vehicle use is restricted to designated areas-HELMETS REQUIRED and must be registered with Show Secretary.
