Address: 65 County Rd, D-66, Las Cruces, NM 88012 From I-25/US 70 Interchange: Take Hwy. 70 East 7 miles to Holman/Dunn exit. Go north (left) under highway, on Holman Rd., approx. 3.5 miles to Isaacks Ranch on left. Watch for ISAACKS RANCH sign at county road. (There are also three RED balls on the overhead wires at the entrance to the County Rd at Holman) If coming from the west (AZ) stay on I-10to I-25 north to US 70 east (exit #6). It's afew extra miles, but saves about 10 stop lights.

Entry per HT Division: $225.00; Pre-Comp and Starter: $180.00; Combined Test: $125.00; Double Entries $25.00 Late fee:$25.00; Entry fee includes a rider’s dinner on Saturday. One ticket per rider. Additional tickets available for $15.00 to be paid with entry. Refunds: Before Closing Date: full refund less $25.00 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date: less $25.00 non-refundable office fee ONLY if place can be filled from a waiting list. Withdrawals must be in writing (emails OK) Refunds upon receipt of veterinarian report. Report must be mailed (or emailed) to Show Secretary within 2 days of withdrawal. Competition Cancellation: Partial refund, after expenses are paid. Late fee: $25.00 If show is under subscribed by closing date, date will be extended. Entries accepted during extended close date period will be charged an additional $25.00 processing fee. Pre-Compcompetitors are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees and USEA Starter Drugs/Meds Fees. CT competitors are exempt from the USEA Starter Drugs/Meds (D&M) Fees, but competitors who are not a USEA member must pay the $25 non-member fee regardless of level. Pre-comp and Starter competitors are exempt from the USEA Starter Drugs/Meds (D&M) Fees, and USEA membership and horse registration is waived. Preliminary level or above, riders, owners and trainers must be individual members of the Equestrian Federation (USEF) or for non-members, participants must pay a $45.00 U.S. Equestrian Federation Show Pass fee. If one person holds more than one position, e.g., rider and trainer, only one payment of $45 is required. A copy of USEF membership card(s) (P Division only) must accompany your entry USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entry limit: 80. Rider limit 2 horses/level, 3 horses/entire event. Management reserves the right to add, divide or combine any Division and accept or refuse any entry in accordance article EV120. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant. Competitors must state preferences under the *Eligible Section and complete Rider Date of Birth (JR, YR, SR division/eligibility) on the USEA entry form.

Failure to do so could result in delayed processing. Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. There is a $30 office fee for any changes after closing date.

Cross-country course closed Saturday Sept 28th, two weeks prior to show. P - 2600 m @ 520 m/mi. T – 2400 m @ 420 m/min. N - 2000m @ 375 m/min. BN - 1600 m @ 350 m/min. Pre-Comp and Starter – 1500m @ 300 m/min. Terrain: Flat, open desert with mesquite and yucca, clay/sand mix footing All Courses: New tracks, jumps are updated. Designed to aim to be a nice introductory to each level with good progression with questions. This is a cattle ranch and could have cattle near by. Elevation is about 4000 feet.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling is limited to 80 permanent stalls on grounds. Stalls are 10x10 with an open gate. Stabling Fee includes stall door & 2 bags of shavings (bedding). Additional shavings available on-site or request on Stabling Form @ $10.00/bag. Please pay with entry. Stabling: 3 nights - $110.00; 2 nights - $80.00; 1 night – $45.00 Stabling fees covers Thursday AM to Sunday PM with additional days before or after event @ $25/day. Regular stabling fees apply for non-compete horses. Tack stalls based on availability and regular stabling fees apply. PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $25.00 per stall refundable stall cleaning fee charged at time of registration. Refund given prior to your departure at time of inspection by Stabling Steward. Must strip stall for refund. Trailer-in fee: - $30/per (non-stabled horses) Stall arrangements for extra horses or tack will be made after closing date, if available. Other Information

Rider Representative: TBA The mobile grill (concession) will be on grounds starting at Noon on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday until 3pm. Dogs must be leashed at all times, including barn area ~ $25.00 fine for each loose dog. This will be monitored, especially in the barn area. Please empty your water bottles before throwing away. Please do not put bags of hay in trash barrels. Put your empty shaving bags in trash cans or dumpsters. Muck receptacles are located at each end of the stables, 2 at each end. Do not put trash in muck piles. There will be plenty of trash cans around the grounds for your trash. Cross Country schooling allowed 45 minutes after the last horse on Sunday, October 14 for $25.00; Trainer will need to pick up a new pinny number, pay the fee and sign a new release form at the office.
