ENTRY: PT/T/ TN/N/ NBN/ BN/Starter: $200.00.
STABLING: $125.00- Friday- Sunday. Shavings are $9.00 per bag, MUST BE PREORDERED.
STALL DEPOSIT: $25.00 (separate check) will not be cashed if stall is stripped
TACK STALL: $125.00.
ADDITIONAL NIGHTS: $35.00.
GROUNDS FEE: $60/ weekend, non-stabled horses, including horses boarded on the property.
RV HOOK UPS: $50/night. Advance Reservations required, limited hook-ups
NSF: 50.00.

REFUNDS: Before the closing date- less $25 office fee; after closing date- Entry minus $50 if spot can be filled from waitlist. Competition Cancellation- No refund.
USEA Starter and D & M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M Fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses: copy of current Negative Coggins must accompany entry. Any changes after closing day , $30 office fee. Pre Order Shavings, $9 a bag delivered to stall. Submitted Entries not paid by closing date will not be included in the ride times.

Stabling/Veterinarian
100 stalls on site.
$125 a stall Noon Friday to Noon Sunday. All stalls have doors and chains.
Veterinarian: TBD # will be posted in program, in barns and at Secy's office.
Tack Stall $125 for weekend.
Preorder shavings at $9 a bag. YOU MUST ORDER ALL SHAVINGS IN ADVANCE!

Rider limit 2 horses/ level. Levels may be divided/ combined if entries warrant.
This is a small and fun event! All competitors will receive a gift in their packet.
Excellent competition to get qualifying scores for all your goals.
THIS EVENT COUNTS TOWARD BOTH AREA III and AREA V CHAMPIONSHIPS
PLEASE JOIN US FOR A SOUTH LOUISIANA TAILGATE HOSTED BY THE SOUTHERN EVENTING AND DRESSAGE ASSOCIATION AFTER CROSS COUNTRY ON SATURDAY, ALL COMPETITORS, FRIENDS, FAMILY, GROOMS, VOLUNTEERS INVITED!
DOGS MUST BE LEASHED and we prefer they be left at home if at all possible. $50 Fine for loose dogs, even dogs running loose with a leash.
Food and Drinks provided by CHEF CHARMAIGNE, Sat and Sun.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN BARNS!
All horse trailer parking must be in designated areas. No parking on main road between barns.
SEDA MEMBERS: the PT, TN, and NBN Divisions will not count towards year end awards for SEDA. If you want this to count toward the year end awards, enter T, N, BN or Starter.
