9:00 am. Jumping Test 11:00 am.
Fri (HT/CT/DT): CT-A, CT-I dressage and stadium, and Dressage-Only
Tests. Cross-country course open-3 pm.

Entry: I/P: $235.00; PT/T: $210.00 N/BN: $200.00.
Stabling: $100 for duration of event, Friday - Sunday. Each additional night is $35.00. Stall comes with 1 bag of shavings.
Hook Ups: $45.00/night.
Paddocks:$50.00/weekend.
Ship-in: $30.00/weekend.
Stall Deposit: $50.00 per stall (separate check). Stall cleaning is available for a cheaper fee. More information is available the weekend of the show.
Shavings: $8.00/bag.
Refunds:Before closing date, less $25.00 non-refundable office fee; withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, emailed or mailed on or before closing date. NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After closing date, refund only if there is a waiting list. Ship-in fees refunded. Stabling fee refunded if stall is filled.
USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($25) are not subject to office fees, and
shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not
start the dressage test.
Entries
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED AND PAID FOR BY CLOSING DATE
(September 24) TO AVOID LATE FEE (per EV106).
FAIR HILL PREP CT and Dressage Only: No
late fee or starter fee. Enter until October 6. For Dressage Only, check the Other
box on the entry form and specify test. Tentatively scheduled to run Friday,
October 11.
UNPAID SCRATCH ENTRIES: Unpaid entries that
scratch by closing owe $25 office fee. Unpaid entries that scratch AFTER
closing owe full entry fee, less USEA/USEF fees. Scratches must be in writing (email, mail or fax). Absolutely no
telephone or text scratches will be accepted.
INCOMPLETE ENTRIES: On-time entries still incomplete one
week before the event will be charged $20 per missing item. This
includes signature pages, coggins, muck deposits, horse or rider numbers, etc.
USEA MEMBERSHIP: USEA current
membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) and horse registration (Limited or
Full) are required at all levels.
PAYMENT: All entry fees must
be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US banks; no
foreign checks. All monies paid after October 6 must be in form of credit
card/money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions). Returned Check fee $50.
CHANGES: Any change to entry
subject to $25 fee and must be in writing (email, mail or fax). Before C.D. -
change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of
horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no
telephone or text scratches, changes or stabling requests will be accepted.
COGGINS:
Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses, including non-compete
horse.

B: BN3D (optional jumps): 800m @ 400mpm. Phase C: BN3D 2400 - 10 min 55 sec at
220 mpm. Phase D: BN3D: 2,000m @ 350 mpm. Rolling terrain, some through woods. Horse
Trials: I-3200 m @ 550 mpm. P-2700 m @ 520 mpm. M-2600m@490
mpm. T-2500 m @ 450 mpm. N-2100 m 375 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 325
mpm. Courses are on well established, rolling pasture. All tracks/take offs and
landings will be well conditioned and aggravated. New areas of ground have been
opened up to help add flow and length; confidence building with good flow. I
Moderate track over rolling terrain, with bold gallop fences, terrain and
accuracy questions. Good for confident horse/rider combinations. P has
terrain and accuracy questions, bold gallop fences. M/T has terrain
questions that focus on the development of better balance and accuracy. N/BN
Good educational and inviting tracks. New tracks and features for all levels. Cross-country course closed, except on designated schooling days and by appointment.
PAPER NUMBER PINNIES will be in effect
for cross country. Riders must bring pinny holders with them.

permanent stalls on site with stall doors. In addition, there will be 14
temporary stalls in the adjoining indoor enclosure, if warranted. $75.00 per
night includes one bag shavings. Include SEPARATE $50 check muck deposit with
entry. Shavings available for purchase ONLY if pre-ordered on entry or by
email. $10 per bag.
MAIL MUCK DEPOSIT AS A SEPARATE CHECK AT THE TIME OF ENTRY! If Stabling and Muck fees are combined into one check, the muck fee
will not be refunded.
