Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspxor they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email.If overbooked, management reserves right to limit a rider to 2 horses in competition. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses. Non-competing horses are welcome on grounds; $50.00 per horse, plus appropriate stabling fees. Non-competing horses must have current coggins and be issued a non-competing horse number. Riding will be restricted to published times and areas.
Absolutely no motorized vehicles on Cross Country courses at any time. All changes to entry must be made in writing before closing date, any change to entry stats/stabling/post entries after closing date, a processing fee will be charged according to information below. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. A fee will becharged for any changes made to entry: $30/change; $50/change after Sep 27. Any paperwork received after Sep 27, (postmarked or delivered) add $50 fee. Incomplete entries may be waitlisted. A $50 charge will be attached to all entries missing paperwork: signature pages, coggins, payment, USEA/USEF #'s, or other information if not received by 5 pm on Wednesday, October 2.
Wait List:After entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received. Only entries paid in full are placed on the waitlist. Once scheduling is completed, substitutions will be made from the wait list by division only. The wait list expires on Friday, Sept. 27 at 9pm.
FEI: Athletes whose horse's passport and/or recognition card is not correctly validated, or failing to meet other requirements for vaccination and equine anti-doping and controlled medication control (Veterinary Regulations Article 1030) will be subject to sanctions in accordance with Annex II of the Veterinary Regulations. Horses competing at FEI events must comply with the requirements for equine influenza vaccination in accordance with the Veterinary Regulations and as summarized below. Foreign horses must have an official FEI passport. FEI passport is not required for U.S. horses, but a USEF national passport is required for all U.S. FEI horses. VET. REGS. APPENDIX VI: All FEI riders & horses must be recorded with the FEI, USEF, USEA. Please refer to the USEF website (www.usef.org) for additional information on FEI qualifying requirements. There will be a $50 fee for returning passports not retrieved at the end of the competition.

Prizes for 1st through 3rd,8 ribbons per division or in accordance with FEI regs for CCI divisions. Area II Championships: Prizes and 8 ribbons.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Stall $120,initial 2 bags bedding included. Tack/Additional Stall $120; 136 perm. 10x10 stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. Temporary stalls may be added if needed and available. Any horses found in unassigned stalls will be fined $50 and must move and pay fine before Dressage. Shavings available for purchase, $10/bag. NO STRAW PLEASE. All stabling requests must have a stabling form submitted to the Secretary by CD. No motorized vehicles permitted in barns: See section 10.
Stabling fee covers arrivals from Thursday, 10/3 after 2 pmthrough Sunday, 10/6 until 5 pm.

USEF Rule GR1301.6. Absolutely NO motorized vehicles left in barns. NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES OF ANY KIND ON ANY COURSE. Food available on grounds atCafe. The day divisions run may change due to numbers of entries. Check online Omni listing for changes. Levelsmay be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section otherwise OPEN is assumed (we will try to accommodate those preferences, but not always possible) and birth date on entry (otherwise SENIOR is assumed).
