Final schedule will be determined by entry numbers. Each rider gets 2 wristbands, good for all social events that require them. Limited additionalavailable from the show office for $25. Thursday: All Stabling opens - 8:00 am. Arrival Exams 8:00 - Noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00. Both FEI and National XC Courses Open to competitors at 3:00. 5:00 Come to Ollie's Inndownstairsat the Pavilion to taste the new Oktoberfest Special Brew and enjoy some tapas. Riders and grooms are invited, wristbands required. Friday: Show Office Hours - 7:00 - 6:30. Breakfast available (yogurt,coffee, cereals) in Pavilion Upstairs for riders and grooms. Vendor Row open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Arrival exams for horses that have not been through FEI Inspection - 7:00 - Noon. Boyd Martin XC Course Walk - Meet at the CIC Start Box at 4:00 pm, $10 Donation to The Cumbee Center. FEI Riders Meeting - 6:15 pm to 6:30 pm at the Main Barn in the Volunteer/Officials Check-In Area. Evening - Karaoke with Clayton Fredericks in the Upstairs of the Pavilion - wristbands required, Ollie's Inn downstairs will be open for business. Dressage 8:00 - CCI 2* Test Ride 8:30 - CCI 2* Competition followed by CCI 4* Competition 8:00 - CCI 1* Test Ride 8:30 - CCI 1* Competition followed by CCI 3* Competition Show Jumping Some divisions may show jump Friday afternoon depending on numbers. Stabling:250 permanent stalls on-grounds. $250.00 per stall from Wednesday AM through Sunday PM; Single Night stabling for those only competing on Sunday $150/night. Grounds Fee: Competing horse: no additional charge, included in Entry Fee!

Refunds: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 9/10/19, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list).If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Negative 12 month Coggins must be through the last day of the competition and must accompany entry. No entry accepted without payment. CCI Entries not postmarked, completed and paid by the closing date 9/10/19 will be charged a $75 late fee. All N through P entries not postmarked, completed and paid by closing date 9/10/19 will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 9/23/19. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level.Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Stabling/Veterinarian

250 permanent stalls, minimum 12' by 10'. Available Wednesday AM to Sun PM, $250.00/ stall. Stall doors, no initial bedding. Single Night stabling for those only competing on Sunday $150/night. $250.00 Tack Stall/Non-competing. $50 stall deposit check required, will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Offering CCI Course walk(s) with Boyd Martin. This is a fun way to see the course and listen to Boyd talk about how he will approach riding the course on different horses. There will be a $10 donation to The Cumbee Center (charity to assist abused persons - info at www.cumbeecenter.org) to participate in these course walks. Sign up the day of at the start box.
