If oversubscribed, a Waitlist will be compiled for each division. Waitlist entries will be
accepted based on Postmark/Electronic Date.

Coggins must be through the last day of the competition and must accompany
entry.

All N through P entries not postmarked, completed and paid by closing date 9/10/19 will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 9/23/19. Hand
delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show
secretary to verify receipt. No entry scheduled without prior
payment. Riders and owners at preliminary and above must send current
copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $45 USEF Show Pass fee will be
charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign,
must have a USEA number. All riders and horses
must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice
level.Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited
registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through
Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior,
Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Show Management
reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider.

CCI 1/2/3/4: Total Prize Money = $17,500 perdivision divided between the top 25% of the starters. National Divisions: Prize Money as described below & 6 ribbons per division.
Preliminary, Training, and Novice Divisions: Total Prize Money = $3,000to be divided between the sections at each level.
