Post entries accepted after the closing date through Sept. 24 at the discretion of the organizer and will include a $50 late fee.
There is a $25 nonrefundable office fee per entry included in the above fees.
Refund policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing, or email prior toclosing date less $25 office fee. Refunds will be given after closing date, less $30 office fee if the ride times can be filled from the waiting list. Refunds for stabling will be given regardless less $25 per day/night. Refunds due to injury of horse or rider: Rider/Owner MUST notify the secretary in writing or email prior to the competition and MUST provide doctor/veterinary note specifically indicating rider/horse are not physically able to compete at the Sept. 29 competition. No refunds will be given after closing date or "acts of God" which require the management to cancel divisions or day of competition. Entry Refunds will be as follows: BN $85, N $95, T $110, $120, CT $50. Stabling $15 day/night. Horses from out of state must have current Health Certificate. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries

Non-competing horses must pay a $25 fee plus haul in fee of $20, sign in at the office and wear an assigned number while on the Horse Park grounds. No changes to entry after closing dates unless allowed by secretary, but absolutely no changes will be accepted after Sept 29. Each change will cost $30 Include e-mail address on entry. 275 10x10 permanent stalls on grounds; $65 per night; Day Stalls available $55/ea. Stall doors provided.StallDeposit:Send a separate check for $50. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped.Bedding available for purchase. NO STRAW ALLOWED. Additional info from secretary.
