Please strip stalls in the temporary tents.... Just clean stalls in the two main barns... Checks will be destroyed if stall is stripped (temporary barns) or cleaned (in main barns).

Entry Fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. A USEA membership (Junior, Senior, Full or Life) and horse registrations (Limited and Full) are required at all levels, except Starter and Intro. Starter Participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. Changes after CD: $50, Entries after CD: $75 late fee. Returned checks: $75. A solid introduction to some slightly more technical questions including drop steps, coffin, and corner- while utilizing the terrain. N-2400m @ 400 mpm. Most fences at max. height with some combinations to be asked which includes Banks, anda trakennar. BN-2250m@ 350 mpm/max. fence height 2’7”.Mostly max height with a few fences running through the woods, with a small hilly track; the rest of the course is on level grassy footing. Starter – 1200m @325 mpm/max height 2’4. Has been revamped to the height of 2'4" with some new fences: logs, tables, vertical and coops. Intro - 1200m @ 300 mpm/max height 1'6". There will be approximately 12 jumps that will be all logs or rails.

Food on grounds.
Show grounds are stressful for many dogs & their presence is discouraged; if present, must be leashed. THIS WILL BE STRICKLY ENFORCED.. Please field strip your cigarettes & pocket filters. Use of 2- or 3-wheeled vehicles, golf carts, etc. is restricted to people over 18 years old. No vehicles on course, please.

Medical Arm Bands will spot checked, any person with incorrect information will be eliminated. Anyone moving from assigned stalls without clearing with stabling steward will be eliminated.
Required: Vaccination, Coggins, and Health Certificate. All horses entering the show grounds of a USEF licensed comptetion MUST be accompanied by documentation showing vaccinations for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (rhinopneumonitis) within 6 months as well as have a current negative EIA/Coggins test (within 12 months). This is mandatory for every horse entering show grounds. See USEF Rule GR845. Health Certificate needed on all out of state horses.
