Fees

Event Fees Directory:Draw Checks to FCF LLC. Entry: P:$225.00;T/N/BN:$215.00 Double Entries: Not accepted. Stabling: ON grounds (first come, first serve): $150 weekend- 50 stall tent and 48 permanent stalls;OFF grounds (5-15 min from event): $45/night.Enter early to secure on ground location; we will not reserve spots for late entries from your group.

Stall Cleaning Fee: $40.00 - charged Monday after competition for any stall in permanent barn NOT cleaned. Stall does not need to be stripped - only properly cleaned of manure and excess hay. Invoice will be sent to rider's email and must be paid before rider allowed back on grounds for schooling, horse shows, etc. Non-Compete Horse Fee: $20.00 per horse/day plus stabling fee if applicable. Entry Fees after Close: All payments received after Close must be paid via Money Order, Cashier's Check, PayPal, or credit card. NSFfee of $50 will be charged for each NSF check. Riders please Note: ANY entry received and not COMPLETE including all fees due at Close will be removed from the Entry List and Late Charges of $35 will apply to this entry in order to start the event.Late payments via money order, cashiers check credit card or cash only. This event will use paper pinny inserts and vinyl number holders. Refunds:Before C.D.- Entry less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list; stabling refunded in full ONLY if place can be filled from wait list.USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy:The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Sales Tax:Per the KY law that went into effect in 2019, we must start collecting 6% KY Sales tax on competition entry fees - this 6% tax only applies to the entry fee, and not to stabling, or any other additional fees. Please add this to your payment when you submit your entry. Otherwise, we will collect it from you when you check in.
NOTE: In Xentry, the 6% Sales tax can be added to your entry by selecting (according to Level entered) in the Additional Options section on the Stabling page.

Entries

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Copy of current USEF membership cards for Rider, Owner, and Trainer listed on entry required for Preliminary and must be included in the entry. Non-members will be assessed a show pass fee of $45. Bluehorseentries.com is our preferred way of entering. Entry is not complete until all paperwork with required signatures, fees and Coggins is received by mail. All funds deposited upon receipt. Starter is exempt from the USEA membership/horse registration and the USEA starter/D&M fee does not apply. All P-3000 m @ 520 mpm. All T-2600 m @ 420 mpm. All N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. All BN-2000 m @ 325 mpm . Set on a horse farm so galloping through several paddock openings. Educational for all levels, great variety of questions with optimal galloping at the Trng & Prelim levels. Water, ditches and banks at all levels. Most galloping fences max for the level but the combinations are not. Prelim has bounce bank, bounce, mound question, as well as narrow faces and corners. Training includes coffin exercise, one stride, bank in to and out of water, and trakehner. Novice and beginner novice includes a ditch, terrain questions, and is a super education for your horse. Starter has water/ditch/bank options and very inviting. Cross-country course closed August 26th.

Awards

10 ribbons per division, Prize awarded to division winner. Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP) Awards:Ribbons and prize awarded to the best scoring TIP eligible horse at each level.Only Thoroughbreds that have been registered with the Jockey Club or a foreign Thoroughbred stud book recognized by The Jockey Club are eligible to participate in T.I.P. classes and awards. Riders and owners should obtain a TIP number and make sure the rider is associated with the T.I.P. Number. TIP number applications are done online athttp://www.tjctip.comTIP numbers must be provided to secretary on entry or emailed to [email protected] Intercollegiate team ribbons: 1-6. MUST indicate desire to ride in Team on entry form. Complete list of team members must be submitted to secretary by email prior to closing date. Scramble teams available. Stabling/Veterinarian

On grounds: $150 duration On Ground Stabling is either Tent or Barn both located on site. Tent is 10' x 10' temp stalls; Barn is permanent 12X12 stalls. Stall doors only provided in tent.On grounds stalls - plan to provide own stall guard. Not all stalls in barns have permanent doors.MUST specify with entry whether stabling on or off grounds. First come, First serve for ON grounds availability.Off grounds: $45/night. 30 perm/temporary 10'x10' stalls 2-20 mi. from event. NOTE: If you have a group wishing to stabletogether, you MUST use a group or stable name on stabling form. This is the ONLY way to ensure you are stabled together. Any stabling forms with no group or stable name requests will be assigned stabling at secretary's discretion. Any stall change requests made after the close date will incur a $30 change fee. Attention: Riders - This event uses paper pinny inserts and vinyl number holders (provided by riders). Jumping Derby offered on Friday morning! Stadium courses will be different for the Horse Trials. Beginning 8:30A , runs lower levels to upper levels, so you can ride multiple levels. S/BN/N/T/P Derby fee $35/ride. Open to riders and horses not in the competition as well. We will post the schedule for each level on the website ahead of time. Coggins and farm release required for participation. Cross-country course closed August 26th. Riders limited 3 horses/level. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state eligible preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. See www.flyingcrossfarm.org for divisions offered. Enter early!
