From East: I-89 to exit 1 in VT. Take Rt. 4 into Woodstock. Then Rt.106 south to GMHA.

Fees
Draw checks to GMHA. One check for each horse and rider combination.
Entry: BN,N,T,P: $225.00
Stabling:$55 per night. Please specify on entry which nights you require stabling.
Grounds Fee: $25.00 for the weekend for each non-stabling horse.
Refunds: Scratches received in writing on or before the closing date will be refunded minus a $25 non-refundable office fee. No refunds of any fees after the closing date. Stabling will be refunded ONLY if management can fill your stall. In the event the competition has to cancel, there will be no refunds. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Intro competitors are exempt from USEA starter and D&M fees.

You may enter through EventEntries.com or mail paper entry (only paper entries are accepted through Xentry, NO credit card entries will be accepted.) and stable formpostmarked on the opening date, use USEA 2019Horse Trialsentry,Coggins testand RABIES certificateand applicable membership card copies, one check per horse/rider combination. Negative Coggins dated after 9/16/2018. Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Divisions will be further divided or combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. NOTE: USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. These association feesmust be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form; totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with your entry. Entries may not be postmarked prior to the opening date. Entry Confirmation status will be posted on www.gmhainc.org and www.area1usea.org. Double entries: Not accepted. Membership: USEA membership required at Beginner Novice Level andabove. Preliminary entries must be USEF members, or pay the USEF show pass fee. Preliminary Competitors (rider, owner, trainer, coach) must submit copies of USEF membership card OR pay USEF show pass fee. Fees: Checks will be processed as entries are received. Bring your own pinny for slide in X-C numbers. All changes must be made in writing:mail, fax, or email acceptable. There is a $50 fee for any entry accepted after closing date (if space allows). There will be a $35 change fee for ANY change to an entry after the closing date; ex. change of horse or rider, change of division (if space allows). There is a $35 fee for any bounced checks. Incomplete Entries:$20 incomplete fee for entries that are missing Coggins/Rabies/Signatures after the closing date.
All USEF adult members with a Competing Membership must complete the USEF's Safe Sport Training, as approved by the U.S. Center for Safe Sport, regardless of level entered. Free Safe Sport training available through the USEF member dashboard.

Stabling/Veterinarian
No tack stalls available.Permanent and portable stalls w/doors, 10'X10' in size. Hay and bagged shavings available for purchase, $10 per bag/ bale. Orders placed with original stabling form entry will be delivered to your stall prior to arrival. Stalls are to be stripped upon departure and will be checked the morning after the event. No stall cleaning deposit is required; however, the competitor will be billed $50 for a dirty stall. No non-competing horses on grounds. Veterinarian/Farrier: TBA; will be on callFriday on grounds Sat. & Sun. Phone numbers will be posted in the office and the event program.
Accommodations
Visit www.gmhainc.org or WoodstockChamberVT.com for full accommodations list. Zoning prohibits camping of any kind (tents, trailer, camper, etc) on GMHA grounds. Speed limits in Woodstockare strictly enforced!

Other Information
X-C course open on June 3, July 5-7, and August 12-13 (Member Days) only. Go to gmhainc.org and search Member Days for the complete 2019 X-C schooling schedule. Not a member---JOIN TODAY! Food available on grounds during show hours. Strict Dog Policy-Pet must be leashed at all times. $50.00 fee for each off-leash occurrence. No dogs allowed on cross-country course on cross-country day.Per USEF/USEA rules, all mounted riders must wear a properly fitted ASTM/SEI approved helmet with a secured harness for all three phases; plus wear a protective body vest for the cross-country phase. Horses must wear bridle number when out of stall. Cell Phone coverage can be unreliable in Vermont (and non-existent at GMHA).
