Sat: Dressage will start no earlier than 8:00 am Saturday morning, 9/7/2019. Cross-country will tentatively start no earlier than 9:30 am Saturday morning, 9/7/2018. Competitor/Volunteer/Sponsor Party Saturday after completion of cross country (Competitors free,Non-Competitors$10.00 per person, to be paid at time of entry. Competitor Party: $10.00/person non-competitor admission fee (competitor admission included in entry). Refund Policy: Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Refunds requested in writing before the closing date will be refunded in full (minus the $25 office fee). Refunds will be granted after closing date only if place can be filled from wait list, no exceptions. All refund requests must be in writing, emails are acceptable. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. (Starter Division not to pay the USEA Starter and D&M fees) Event cancellation policy: Refunds will be mailed after competition expenses are covered.

Entries

X-Entries must mail entries, Coggins, Release Form and payment (if not paid online) postmarked no later that two days after the online submission. **If entries are not paid in full by the closing date, entry will be discarded unless further arrangements are made.** Changes to entries: $25 fee will be charged for Each change requested after closing date. PT/Training.-2600 m @ 420 mpm 2 waters, jump out of water, drop into water, banks, trakehner, ditch, table, more combinations added. Novice.-1800 m @ 350mpm., water crossing, banks, ditch, table, trakehner. Beginner Novice-1800 m @ 300 mpm, water crossing optional, banks, table. Starter–1300m @ 275 mpm, mostly plain logs, no banks, water optional, max 2’3” several new fences on starter. Terrain: banks appropriate for level, on all courses. X-C course flat and openwith short paths thru woods, questions fair and strait forward appropriate at all levels. Good footing in any weather, much of course tiled for drainage. Show Jumping and warm-up on Grass. Cross-country course closed 2 weeks prior to the start of the competition.

Sand Dressage rings, crowned for excellent draining with PVC dressage ring. Grass warm up areas and Large indoor arena available for schooling on Saturday for Dressage.

Pinny holders required. Paper and Bridle numbers will be provided. Cross-country course closed 2 weeks prior to the start of the competition. Concessions will be available Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday. Negative Coggins dated January 1, 2019 to present must accompany all entries. We will be utilizing StartBox Scoring throughout this event. Scores will be available online during this event. New pedestrian gates and wash area will be available for this event.
