All entries need to be made on line at bluehorseentries.com or at XEntry, and all payments need to be by credit card (unless special circumstances). If you use Blue Horse, you need to upload your current coggins and your signature page on their site, you do not need to upload the waiver as it is automatic. If you use XEntry, you can upload your coggins but must send in your signature page and waiver to Cobblestone Farms HT, 6301 Gregory Rd. Dexter MI 48130 Again, all entries to be submitted on line and with Credit card payment. Check your ride times and entry status on Startbox.com. It is your responsibility to verify that <em>all</em> forms have been <em>properly</em> filled out and submitted to make your entry complete. If you are new to Blue Horse Entries, first create an account. If you are a parent/guardian for a RIDER UNDER 18, you will need to create an account for yourself, and add your rider to your account. Event Fees Directory: Entry: P: $240; BN,N,T: $230; Starter: $210 (no USEA starter & drug fees for Starter). Stabling: $170.00. Muck Fee: $ 30.00 - Separate check, bring at packet pick-up (or send in advance to Cobblestone Farms 6301 Gregory Road Dexter MI 48130). Haul-In Fee: $40.00 for horses who are not stabled on the show grounds, one time fee.

Late Fee: a $35 fee for entries submitted on-line orreceived after CD. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entries-Less $45 only if place can be filled from wait list. Stabling fee only if stall can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. Refunds less than $25 will be donated to the CFHT Jump Fund.USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Vet cert is required for withdraws. All withdraws for refund must be made in writing to secretary prior to CD.

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors must be USEA members. Starter competitors do not pay USEA starter and drug fees and are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership requirements. Change fee of $25 for any changes to entry after submitted, $45 fee after CD. Add $35 Post Entry Fee if your entry is received after the closing date. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. ALL scheduling and stabling requests must be made at time of entry. Requests cannot be accommodated after CD. **All requests to stable with a group must use one group name on all entries or request will not be accepted.Any stall changes will result in a change fee of $25, or $45 if past CD. Other Information

Cross-country course closed July 24. Food on grounds. Leashed dogs are welcome! Party: Eventing Rocks at Cobblestone Farms; please join us for a fun night of celebration with music, appetizer, dinner and drink. Saturday night at 6:30pm on the grounds. Tickets a must (complementary for competitors - others purchase $10 from Secretary on grounds). Join us for a "Canine and Companion" Stadium Jumping Competition on Saturday after the dinner. Sunday Morning, 7 am Rise and Shine Prayer and coffee on "Top of the Hill" near RV hub. "Jump for the Cure" T Shirts will be available on site during the event, limited quantity.
