Fees

Entries: $395.00 all levels; includes stabling (F-Sunday, extra day $60), office fee $25. Camping: $120.00/wkend LIMITED MUST specify electrical needs, reserve w/entry. Golf cart: $130.00/wkend, reserve to secretary w/entry - limited. Golf cart drivers must be 18 years old, no exceptions. Tack Stall: Unavailable at present, will update as needed Bedding: No initial bedding provided. Bags may be purchased in advance for $8/bag. Price at show will be $10/bag. Post CD: $50.00 late entry, or changes to entry division, horse, rider. After the Sunday July 28, $100 NSF: $50.00 collected before entry/CC only. Refunds: Before closing date, refund less $25 office fee. After closing date, if spot can be filled, refund less $50 office fee, otherwise, no refund for withdrawal after closing date. Withdrawals after closing date require vet/physician statement. No telephone withdrawals accepted, e-mails only. Competition cancellation-No refund. Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21) are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Completed entries with no changes get express check-in at the show! A complete entry includes: • Complete registration information (paper or Xentry online form) including competition experience and emergency contact • Fees (credit card through Xentry or mailed check made out to “CCCHT” postmarked within four days of online form completion or check mailed with paper form.) • Executed and dated signature page (rider, owner and trainer) • Negative coggins dated August 4, 2018 or later • Copy of USEF card if riding Prelim The date on which all items listed above are received for an entry will be the recorded “Received Date,” formerly known as the “Postmark Date.” Entry includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Entry status will be posted on evententries.com. Stabling information and ride times will be available on evententries.com the Tuesday before the event. Fees:. All levels $395; includes stabling (F-Sunday, extra day $60), $445 after closing date if space allows. Stallion entry requires organizer approval. Entry includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. If entering electronically; payment, signature page and Coggins must be postmarked within 4 days of entering. Entry will be assigned a postmark date at the time all items are completed and payment received. Any entry post marked or completed after closing date is a late entry and $50 late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to closing date must be completed within 4 days or will also be considered a late entry and charged $50 late fee. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered. A $25 fee for incomplete paperwork assessed after closing date. All other changes made before closing date will be charged $25 change fee and after closing date $50 fee. NO changesallowedafter July 29th other than dropping to a lower level.Change of horse or rider requires completion of a new entry form.Withdrawals/scratches accepted by email only before 9 p.m. on the closing date.Post entries acceptedif space available with$50 late fee. Preliminary: Riders: USEA, USEF membership cards required or $45 non member Horse: USEA full registration , No USEF. Owners and Trainers: No USEA, USEF required or $45 non member fee. Include USEF cards for rider and owner or include fees. If rider is a minor, 18 years or younger, the parent may sign as trainer only and not pay the $45 non-member fee. Rider and Owners at Preliminary must send all USEF membership cards, or a USEF Show Pass fee will be charged. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full or Life) and horse registration (Limited for T, N, BN or Full) are required at all levels. Coggins:Negative Coggins dated within 12 months. Heath Certificate:Mandatory for out-of-state horse within 30 days.

Stabling/Veterinarian

When requesting stabling groupsplease enter using the same name in block for reservation, i.e, stable name or one person's last name. Initial Bedding not provided. Permanent stalls need to be stripped, portable stalls do not. Permanent stalls on grounds; stall doors provided, otherwise temporary stalls on grounds/nearby with fronts, electric hook up, 10' x 10'. Rider Party (Friday):Maggie's Wood Fired Pizza/Salads will be free for riders and volunteers at party barn. Additional tickets can be purchased for $15 each at venue or ahead of time via entry. Concessions on grounds Saturday and Sunday, catered by Jerry and Margie's Catering Cross-country schooling available on Sunday, must sign separateCCCHT release and $75/horse. Riders must have someone over 18accompanying them oncourseduring schooling. No unauthorized motorized vehicles on X-C. Dogs must be leashed.Nodogs on cross-country course duringSaturday competition.
