Withdrawals after closing date require vet/physician statement. No telephone withdrawals accepted, e-mails only. Competition cancellation-No refund. Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21) are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entry will be assigned a postmark date at the time all items are completed and payment received. Any entry post marked or completed after closing date is a late entry and $50 late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to closing date must be completed within 4 days or will also be considered a late entry and charged $50 late fee. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered. A $25 fee for incomplete paperwork assessed after closing date. All other changes made before closing date will be charged $25 change fee and after closing date $50 fee. Rider Party (Friday):Maggie's Wood Fired Pizza/Salads will be free for riders and volunteers at party barn. Additional tickets can be purchased for $15 each at venue or ahead of time via entry. Concessions on grounds Saturday and Sunday, catered by Jerry and Margie's Catering Cross-country schooling available on Sunday, must sign separateCCCHT release and $75/horse. Riders must have someone over 18accompanying them oncourseduring schooling. No unauthorized motorized vehicles on X-C. Dogs must be leashed.Nodogs on cross-country course duringSaturday competition.
