ALL T, N, AND BN WILL COMPETE BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, DOING DRESSAGE AND 1 JUMP PHASE SATURDAY AND THE OTHER JUMP PHASE SUNDAY. Tentative Schedule

Thurs:Championship and Horse Trial Cross Country courses open - 3 PM. Fri: YEH, FEH, NEH - 8:00 am start of competition with the dressage phase followed, if applicable, by conformation, and jumping. Friday afternoon: All Prelim Dressage. Sat:All P XC; All Dressage T, N, and BN (both HT and CH) -7:30 am start in three rings, followed by T XC and N,BN Show Jumping. Sun: All P and T Show Jumping, All N and BN Cross Country. *This schedule is tentative depending on number of entries so please check website for updates!

YEH: $125.00 includes USEA Starter Fee; FEH,NEH: $95 includes USEA Starter Fee. Stabling:Stabling on grounds on a first come first serve basis with overflow to off grounds option available,$225 from Thursday to Sunday on grounds. Competitor's note: A minimum of 6 entries per division are required by the organizer to conduct each level of YEH, FEH and NEH divisions. Ribbons 1 - 6 will be awarded to each division. For additional information or requests please contact the organizer. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals will not be honored unless e-mailed on or before C.D. NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After C.D.-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. $25 return check fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors must beUSEA members and horse registered. All changes MUST be in writing-$25 fee for all changes made after C.D.Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. CT State Law requires all horses to have proof of current rabies vaccination-please include with entry.

Awards

1st place prizeplusribbons through 8th place. Special Awards: Jockey Club TIP Awards in each division, please send horse TIP registration to secretary with your entry for eligibility. Special Sponsor Prizes to be awarded to the Championship Divisions.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$225/stall for the weekend, includes Thursday to Sunday. Portable stabling with stall doors provided on groundsavailable on a first come, first servebasis with an overflow to off grounds, near-by. Initial bedding only will be provided. Additional shavings will be available at $8 per bag. Stalls must be stripped, include a $25 refundable stall depositseparate check, please.Your deposit will be returned once your stall is checked. Cross-Country

P-2400 m @ 520 mpm. PT-2200 m @ 470 mpm. T-2500 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.Waterand ditches at alllevels.Terrain: Rolling hills. Great 2019 Championship and Horse Trial cross country courses at all levels designed by Jeff Kibbie. Cross-country courses closed August 7th.

Other Information

Cross-country course closed August 7th. Show Jumping Course is on rubber/sand all weather footing, enlarged ring. Entries limited to 300 total over the two days of competition. Levels will be divided/combined as entries warrant, state preferences under the Eligible Section and be sure to include birth date on entry. All dogs must be leashed at all times. Food and beverages available on grounds. Helmets must be worn at all times when mounted. XC Pinny holder required with number insert provided. Alimited number of holders will be available on grounds for $20. Visit www.townhillfarm.com for updates and competitor information. All Championship Divisions will be held over Saturday and Sunday with all dressage on Saturday and all show jumping and cross country on Sunday.
