Fri: 9 Intro Test:$100. all 3 phases on 1 day !!Jumps to be 2' 3", Dressage test BN Test A, XC will be Modified,open to beginners and first time eventers. Coaching will be encouraged. Ribbons to 6th.

Fri: 8:30 Jumper Tests $20 per round. Intro-8;30-9:30, BN-9:45-11:15, N-11:30-1, T-1:15-2:15; P-2:30-3:, Intro XC Test $50. 10-10:45;
Cross-country course open-3 pm. Mandatory briefing-4 pm. T,P and I Dressage -3:00 pm.
Sat: Pre-comp ,BN and N Dressage 7:30 am; Show Jumping-10 am; Competitor's Party-6:30 pm.
Sun: Cross-country-8 am.

Awards
Prizes 1st -4th. Ribbons 1st -8th. Prize money in the amount of $2,500 for each division of the Open, I, P, T, and N. awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Absolutely no arrivals prior to 10 am Thursday 7/4/19. Stabling limited; 200 stalls on grounds. PLEASE ORDER YOUR SHAVINGS with YOUR ENTRY. SHAVINGS ARE $10.00 PER BAG. $130/stall Thursday 10 am to Monday 10 am. Stall doors, 1 bag Initial bedding provided. $100. trailer-in fee for the weekend for non stabled horses. $100, for non-competing horses, plus stabling. If however you plan to compete the following weekend your horse is not considered non-competing.Non-competing horses will be issued bridle tags that must be worn at all times after 3 pm Friday. For horses staying over for Coconino II, add 1 nights ($25). Feed/hay/bedding available for purchase; further info from sec´y. Stabling requests must accompany entry.

Cross-Country
I-2800 m @ 530 mpm.IP/ P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1600 m 350 mpm. Intro-1500 m 300 mpm. water option. Terrain: High elevation,6500', Fit horses please. water on all courses; NEW Courses for all levels, some rolling terrain. Cross-country course closed.
Other Information
Cross-country course closed. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and rider´s birth date on entry. Entry limit: 200. Dogs must be leashed. $50 fine for loose dogs; money donated to the course development fund. No unauthorized motorized vehicles on the cross-country course. Teams of 3-4, best 3 scores count, team members at same level, $5 per person. Party: 6:30 pm, Saturday, buffet one ticket included with entry. Additional tickets $15. Cross-country schooling for two hours (time & conditions permitting), following last horse to go on Sunday; a fee of $40 for entered horses, non-entered horses, $60; free for horses entered in both events. Trainer must pick-up pinney and pay secretary.
We will be offering the Coconino Challenge. This is for horses entered both weekends Summer I & Summer II. Great prizes!
