Stabling: $30/night. Limited to out oftown competitors.
Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $10 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry less $20 will be returned ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list. Competition cancellation.-Full refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Entry fee includes a $10 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. USEA membership and horse registration required at all levels, except Intro. Intro: USEA membership/non-membership fees are waived and the USEA Starter Fee does not apply. $50=Lost pinny. Stabling/Veterinarian

Test & arena sizes: T- 2018 USEF Training Test A(small). N-2018 USEF NoviceTest A (small). BN-2018 USEF Beginner NoviceTest B (small). Intro- 2018 USEF Beginner NoviceTest A(small). Arenas: Sand footing for competition ring, sand & grass for warm-up.
Cross-Country
T-2000 m @400 mpm. N-1800 m @350 mpm. BN-1500 m @ 325 mpm, 2'9"max ht.Intro-1200 m @300 mpm, 2'6"max ht. Terrain: Big, rolling, grass. Average level of difficulty for those divisions. Cross-country course closed Spring 2019.

Rider limit 2 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and Jr. or Sr. and if a Pony Club Member on entry. There is a special Spencer McLean Award for Pony Club members!
