NOTE: All levels except Starter require current USEA membership and horse registration, Starter entries do not pay the USEA Starter/D&M fee. All entries at preliminary and up must include copy of USEF membership card for rider/owner and trainer.
Entry: IP: $265.00 P/PT: $254.40 T &T/N: $249.10 N/BN: $238.50 Starter: $222.60 (Starter does NOT pay non-member or starter fees). NOTE: Entry fee totalsinclude new Kentucky State 6% tax. This tax applies only to the entry fee and not stabling or starter fee. The entry fee total also contains the Ky Horse Park $11/horse facility fee that passes to the park. NOTE: no separate check for taxes or facilty fee. Already included in entry fee shown.
Post Entry Fee (Late Entry): $50.00.
Stabling: $50/night Thurs, Fri or Sat. Horse Park charges more for early arrivals or late departures. Email show secretary to secure early arrival/late departure stabling ($60/night). Non-stabled fee:$50.00/weekend of which $30 passes directly to park.
Non-compete horses: $50.00 (plus non-stabledor stabling fee) Must fill out entry form and receive ID numbers from secretary.
Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-No refund. Stabling-Less $10. NOTE: All withdrawals must be emailed to secretaryby 8 PM of C.D. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Changes after closing date will incur a $100 change fee. Competition cancellation-No refund. Any addition error resulting in a $10 or less overage will be donated to the x-c jump fund.Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses; must accompany entry. All arrivals make sure to have copy of Coggins/Health Cert as theState Vet.is at Park entranceand checking. We are a TIP Registered event and will have awards at all levels! Be sure to included your horse's TIP number with your entry.
Stabling/Veterinarian
$50/nightThurs,Fri, or Sat. Horse Park charges more for early arrivals or late departures. Email show secretary to secure early arrival/late departure stabling($60/night).800 perm. 10 x 10 stalls on grounds. Stall doors only provided. Feed/hay/bedding/paddocksfor purchase from Dever Hay Grain & Bedding (859) 455-9586. You must call for bedding in advance for late night arrivals. For golf cart rental contact Cunningham Golf & Utility Car Rental at (859) 233-7921. NOTE: If you have a group wishing to stable together you MUST use either 1 person´s name or the stable name. This is the only way to ensure you are stabled together. Stall assignments will be posted on Champagne Run website bythe evening of July 9th. Please check your assignments prior to arrival.If not stabling on grounds you must include one time $50/non-stabled fee for entry to be complete. Non-competing horse fee: $50 plusnon-stabledfee($50)or stall fee. Tack stall fees: Same as horse stall fee. Veterinarian: Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital859-233-0371.Any requested stabling assignment change (if different fromthat onentry stabling form)will incurr a $25 fee, if we are able to make the change. $50 charge for any stabling changes not made by secretary.

All BN- 2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Small. All Starter- 2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Small. Arenas: Sand.
Cross-Country
I-3600 @ 550 mpm.IP/P-3200 m @ 520mpm. PT/T-2600 m @ 450 mpm. N-2200 m @400 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm. Terrain: Open, rolling Bluegrass. All courses: Moderate difficulty,fences to height/spread with technical questions for level.Suitable for horses with some experience at their level. Be prepared to see most questions suitable for each level. Starter-12-14 Fences, Maximum height 2'3", 1400-1600 meters. Not timed, great introfor horse or rider first time at a bigger show.

Cross-country course closed.May have schooling on Sun after event, see www.champagnerun.com for details after closing date. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed.
