Entries include $25 non-refoundable office fee. $30 fee for bounced checks. US Checks or Money orders No Foreign Checks.Include printed, legible, and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email. USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels, except Intro. Intro is exempt from USEA membership/registration fees and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. Refunds : Before CD entry $25 office fee . After CD - No Refund. Wait List: After entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the waiting list . OnlyEntries Payed in full are placed on the wait list.Once scheduling is completed, substitution will be made from the wait list. Levels may be divided / combined if entries warrant ; State preferences anded the Eligible section (we will try to accommodate those preferences, but not always possiable) and birth date on entry (otherwise senior is assumed).
