USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

INCOMPLETE
ENTRIES: On-time
entries still incomplete one week before the event will be charged $20 per
missing item. This includes, signature pages, coggins, muck deposits, horse or
rider numbers, etc.
USEA
MEMBERSHIP: USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life)
and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Exceptions: USEA number not required for FEH-3/2/Y handler. FEH horses may have FEH-only registration.
PAYMENT:
All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money
orders from US banks; no foreign checks. All monies paid after July 7 must be in form of credit card/money order/cash/cashiers check (no
exceptions). $25 office fee will be billed to no-show, no-pay entries!

Check fee $50.
CHANGES:
Any
change to entry subject to $25 fee. Change and must be in writing (email or
mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed.
After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting.
Absolutely no telephone or text withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will
be accepted.
COGGINS:
Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses, including
non-compete horse.

2500 m @ 450 mpm. N-2100 m 375 mpm. B-1800 m @ 350 mpm. Courses are on well established, rolling
pasture that will be aggravated. I track over rolling terrain, with bold gallop fences, terrain and accuracy questions. P/M has terrain and accuracy questions, bold gallop fences. T has terrain questions that focus on the development of better balance and accuracy.N/BN Good educational and inviting tracks. All courses/tracks will be different from Week 1. All courses are intended to be more inviting than Week 1, and suitable for horses new to the level.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling: 68 permanent stalls with stall doors on site; in addition, there
will be temporary stalls on site if warranted. $75
per night includes one initial bag of bedding. Additional bedding $10/bag.

Trailer Parking: Stabling trailers to be parked in a satellite site on the property. Only cars, trucks and trailers paying for hookup will be allowed at stabling.
Muck Deposit:
Include a SEPARATE $50 check for muck deposit. Muck deposits paid online will
not be returned. Muck deposits MUST be in by Sunday, July 7 to avoid Missing
Items fee. Stalls must be stripped and swept to have deposit returned.

unauthorized motorized vehicles on course. Only Official vehicles allowed.
Concessions available on grounds. Water on grounds but it is advised to bring

DOGS: GR1301.6 will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. There will be
a $100 fine for any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the
owner may be asked to leave the grounds. Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition
grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not
lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any
damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’ behaviors. Dog
owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under
Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards.
