Grounds Fee: No grounds fee for competing horses. For non-compete horses, $50.00.

Double Entries: $25.00.
Incomplete Fee: $20.00 PER ITEM for any missing information as of 6:00pm Sunday, June 30.
Change Fee: $25. Changes must be in writing (email or mail).
Camping: W/electric hookup (only eight available on a first-come basis):
$40.00/night. Without hookup: $25/night.
Attention U.S. Riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through
the USEF online entry system: https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will be considered incomplete. There is no fee to submit an entry
through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the event (and pay the entry
fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the
closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their
National Federation.
Refunds: Before Closing Date-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After Closing Date- No refund on entry or stabling. Competition cancellation-No refund. Refunds within 30 days of competition.
USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or present at the first horse inspection, if applicable.
Entries
PAPER NUMBER PINNIES will be in effect for cross country. Riders must bring pinny holders with them.
INCOMPLETE
ENTRIES: On-time
entries still incomplete one week before the event will be charged
$20 per missing item. This includes, signature
pages, coggins, muck deposits, horse or rider numbers, etc.
USEA
MEMBERSHIP: USEA
current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) and horse
registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.
PAYMENT: All
entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money
orders from US banks; no foreign checks. All monies paid after July 1 must be in form of credit card/money
order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions). $25 offfice fee will be billed to no-show,
no-pay entries! Returned Check fee $50.
CHANGES:
Any change to entry subject to $25 fee/change and must be in writing (email or mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or
division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both)
and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no telephone or text
withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted.
COGGINS:
Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses, including
non-compete horse.

DO NOT honor entries sold or otherwise transferred in private

Awards
CCI-S 3*: $3,000 in prize money, ribbons to 10th.
CCI-S 2*: $2,000 in prize money, ribbons to 10th.
CCI-S 1*: $1,000 in prize money, ribbons to 10th.
National Divisions: Ribbons to 8th. Other awards TBA during the competition.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling: 68 permanent stalls with stall doors on site; in addition, there
will be temporary stalls on site if warranted. $75
per night includes one initial bag of bedding. Additional bedding $10/bag.

Trailer Parking: Stabling trailers to be parked in a satellite site on the property. Only cars, trucks and trailers paying for hookup will be allowed at stabling.
Muck Deposit: Include a SEPARATE $50 check for muck deposit. Muck deposits paid online will not be returned. Muck deposits MUST be in by Sunday, June 30 to avoid Missing Items fee. Stalls must be stripped and swept to have deposit returned.

that focus on the development of better balance and accuracy. N Rolling terrain, good educational and inviting tracks. Courses and tracks will change between Week 1 and 2. Week 2 courses will be more inviting.

No unauthorized motorized vehicles on course. Only Official vehicles allowed. Concessions
available on grounds. Water on grounds but it is advised to bring
your own. End of Day Party each event day for competitors and

DOGS:
GR1301.6 will be STRICHTLY ENFORCED. There will be a $100 fine for
any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner
may be asked to leave the grounds.
- Dogs
are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a
leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a
leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any
damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’
behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject
to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning
cards.
