This is a TENTATIVE schedule, that may change based on entries. Thurs: Cross-country course open-3 PM. Packets available 12 pm-6 pm. Fri: Show Office Opens-8 am-6 pm; Dressage (IP/OP/T)-8 am. Show Jumping (IP/OP/T) 11 am. Pony Club Rally Divisions- Dressage on Friday, time TBD. Sat: Dressage (N/BN/Starter)-8 am; Cross-country (IP/P/T/N) 8 am; Show Jumping (Starter/BN) 11 am. Sun: Show Jumping (N) 8 am; Cross-country (BN/Starter) 8:30 am. Cross-country course will be open for schooling if weather and schedule permits, Sunday 30 min after the last horse finishes. $40 fee, sign up at the show office.

Tack or horse: $90, Thur - Sat night KHP Non-Stabled Horse Fee: $30 per horse Non-Compete Horse Fee: $50 per horse ($10 KHP Equestrian Facility Fee is included in fee) Layover: $50/night (Please note, both KHP fees are paid in full directly to KHP) Refunds: Before C.D.-If in writing, less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund unless entry/stall filled from wait list less $30 office fee. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Sales Tax: Per the KY law that went into effect in 2019, we must start collecting 6% KY Sales tax on competition entry fees - this 6% tax only applies to the entry fee, and not to stabling, or any other additional fees. Please add this to your payment when you submit your entry. Otherwise, we will collect it from you when you check in.
NOTE: In Xentry, the 6% Sales tax can be added to your entry by selecting (according to Level entered) in the Additional Options section on the Stabling page.

Entries

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. USEA membership and horse registration required at all levels, except Starter, andUSPC members at N and BN. USEA membership/horse registration are waived for Novice and BN competitors who are USPC members competing in USPC Team Competition. USEA Starter/D&M and membership/non-membership fees do not apply to Starter Test division. We provide paper numbers, competitors to provide vinyl pinnies. Please provide legible e-mail address for communication and questions Any changes after C.D-$30/change only if schedule permits. Returned checks $30 fee. Please check fees carefully.Over-payment $25 or less will be considered a donation to the jump fund. All withdrawals must be in writing to secretary: [email protected] Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months of Monday following show date. Coggins must accompany entry. “Negative" must show clearly & horse´s info must match entry information. KHP requires $5 parking pass at entry gate for competition, a $10 per horse facility fee (stabled and non-stabled) and a $30 non-stabled horse fee for any horse not stabled on the grounds.

We use portable obstacles primarily. P: Coffin, cornerand combinations possible. Water at all levels with option atStarter Test. Ditches, bankspossible at BN/N/T.Starter courses will be good introductory, inviting fences. Rolling hills, mostly open. Cross-country distances are approximate. Cross-country course closed except for official schooling dates.

10 ribbons per division. High Point dressage ribbon in each division. USPC Team competition - Team and Horse Management awards.

HT: $90/stall Thur -Sat night, $90/ tack or non compete horse stall, Thurs - Sat night. 800 perm. stalls 10' x 10'available on grounds. Stall doors provided. Other Information

Per USEF Rule EV114 Dress. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR: Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM/SEI standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. PROTECTIVE VESTS:A body protecting vest must be worn warming-up for and in the cross-country test. Stable, team or club colorsare permitted. The Federation recommends that the vest should pass or surpass the current ASTM standardF1937 or be certified by the Safety Equipment Institute. Inflatable vests are permitted only when worn over abody protecting vest. Entry limit to 450; Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed.No motorized vehicles on XC course at any time. NO ALL TERRAIN (ATV) VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON GROUNDS. Horse Trials will follow USEF Rules & USEA Guidelines. Copies of health certificates & Coggins must be available upon request by state inspector. Keep copies with you upon arrival. All horse trailers must be parked in the designated trailer parking lot behind the Alltech Arena, across from the Secretariat Center. No trailer parking in the show barn area or gravel lot next to barns.
