Turn right onto Weidman Rd. and the park will be on your left at the light in 1.8 miles. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.XC Pinny Insert Holder required for ALL divisions.No Pinny Insert Holders sold at the show. Double entries are not accepted. All competitors must be USEA members, except Starter.Starter riders are exempt from all USEA fees (Starter/Drugs/Membership/Non-Membership). Riders will be limited to two horses per division. $40 charge for checks returned for non-sufficient funds. Refunds: Before 9:00 p.m. CST on 5/21/19, Closing Date, please notify the Secretary by e-mail or mail; (No voicemail will be accepted) for a refund, less the $25 non-refundable office fee. After 9:00 p.m. CST on 5/21/19, Closing Date, No Refunds! No withdrawals will be honored unless received by the Secretary in writing (e-mail or mail) before 9:00 p.m. CST on 5/21/19, Closing Date. Stabling/Veterinarian

STABLING: $175/Stall from9 a.m. Friday, 6/7/19, to Sunday, 6/9/19. At 4 p.m. Sunday, the water and electricity will be turned off. The Park does not allow horses earlier or later. Temporary Stalls with stall door (approximately 10' x 10'), electric outlet for one box fan and no initial shavings. $125/Tack Stall. Pre-order shavings with your entry for $8/bag. A limited supply of shavings will be available on the grounds for $10/bag. A $50 Jump Out Fee will be charged for horses not stabling on the grounds. VETERINARIAN: Dr. Mark Cassells, 314-941-2346, number will be posted at Secretary Tent. FARRIER: On site Saturday and Sunday. Ed or Christian Huecker 314-795- 5727,number will be posted at Secretary Tent.

Official Show Hotel: Hampton Inn Chesterfield, 16201 Swingley Ridge Rd., Chesterfield, MO 63017, 636-537-2500; 6 miles from Queeny Park - mention Queeny Park Equestrian Events to get special Horse Show Rate. The Hampton group code is QPE. Reservations must be made byMay 30, 2019to receive the special horse show rate of $85 a night.If you need two beds book early as they have score tournament near by as well. Camping is permitted, but no open flames are allowed.There is no water, electric, orfacilitieson the property besides the porta-potties. A $100 fine will be charged to anyone who connects to thestablinggenerator.If problems with lodging, contact Secretary.

Dressage

All tests will be ridden in a small arena on grass. Tests: M = 2018 USEF Modified Test A;T 2018 USEF Training Test A;N = 2018 USEF Novice Test A;BN= 2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test B; andStarter = 2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test A. Dressage test of choice to be offered Saturday unless the schedule does not allow. All test of choice will be in the small arena.New Fenced Flat Grass Dressage Arenas!

Cross-Country

M- 3000m @ 490 mpm. T-2627m @ 450 mpm. N-2078m @ 375 mpm. BN-1980m @ 350 mpm. Cross country will be held on Sunday. Appropriate courses for early in the season. Open galloping terrain with one big hill. Water and banks BN - M. Starter course has maximum fence height of 2'3'. Starter course is a great opportunity to introduce horses and riders to smaller versions of real cross country fences. Starter has optional bank up. Cross Country Course closes at 7:00 p.m. CST on May 12, 2019.

Other Information

XC Paper Number Pinny Holders will be used for the Cross Country in All divisions. Pinny Insert Holders will not be sold at the show. Cross Country Course closes at 7:00 p.m. cst on May 12, 2019. Cross Country Schooling will be allowed Sunday after Cross Country is finished. Cross Country Schooling is only allowed for those entered in the show. The fee is $25.00 and requires a special pinny from Secretary. Numbers and signs will be taken down as soon as Cross Country ends. Entry limit 150. Levels may be divided as entries warrant. Food Concessions on grounds for lunch Saturday and Sunday. Parties Friday and Saturday nights. Harmony Farms Saddle Shop will be on the grounds. Dogs must be leashed under St. Louis County Park Ordinances. Park Rangers will be there to enforce rules.

The Dressage venue and Cross Country course is about 1/4 mile or 10 minute walk from Secretary Tent. The Show Jumping venue is about 3/4 mile or a 30 minute walk. Competitors and Trainers are welcome to bring their own golf carts to Queeny Park Horse Trials. QPEE will provide shuttles on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from the Secretary Tent to the Dressage, Show Jumping and Cross Country venues. Golf cart rentals Midwest Golf Car 618-797-2278. TNT Golf Car & Motorsports 636-327-4748. Medical card/armband, ASTM/SEI helmets, and safety vests required for cross country at all levels.

ASTM/SEI helmets will be required at all times when mounted.
