Tentative Schedule

Show Office: Fri: 2 pm to 6 pm. Sat:1 hour before and 1 hour after competition hours. Fri: Cross-Country course open-3:00 pm. Sat: All P/T/N/BN Dressage: 7:30 am; Show Jumping 9:00 am; Cross Country 9:15 am. Limited to 240 entries after which a wait list will be created.

Grounds Fee: Competing horse = no additional charge,included in Entry Fee! Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses = $50

Entries not postmarked and paid by closing date 6/4/19 will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 6/17/19.

Returned check fee: $35.00.

REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 6/04/19, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). No refunds after 6/17/19. If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

No entry accepted without payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, 6/04/19, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 6/04/19, or a $50 late fee will be charged. Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders and owners at preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $25 non-refundablefee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level.Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Show Management reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider.

Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes will be allowed after 6/17/19.

All courses: Average to challengingfor horses with some experience at this level. Water, ditches and banks may be at all levels. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil. Cross-country Course schooling is only available during Eventing Academy dates, for more information: www.stableviewfarm.com.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited on-grounds stabling. $200 for 8am Friday June 21 through 6pm Sunday June 23, 2019. All on site stalls arepermanent and at least 12x12 w/doors. 3 bags of shavings for those who are stabled on grounds. Bedding available for sale on grounds for $8/bag (includes tax). Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED.
