REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT AT www.evententries.com. Event Entries accepts credit cards as well as digital signatures and Coggins (within 12 months). Otherwise, after entering at www.evententries.com, immediately mail Coggins and signature page and/or checks. You may also scan your signature page and Coggins and email to [email protected]. That address is a send only address exclusively for Coggins and signatures, not for entries or entry issues which will not be received there. Call the secretary with entry issues. Ifany materials which may be needed to complete your electronic entry are not sent the day of the electronic entry, "postmark date" will be changed to reflect date they were emailed or postmarked, not the date of the electronic entry. This means they will not be in the opening day draw.
LATE/INCOMPLETE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE OPENING DAY ENTRIES DRAW. Also, be aware that if you submit an entry either electronically or by paper, GHF assumes you intend to compete, and if not, it is your responsibility to withdraw before closing date. Otherwise, you are responsible for your entry fees.

Fees
Entry: All horse trial divisions: GROTON HOUSE USES WWW.EVENTENTRIES.COM FOR ALL HORSE TRIAL ENTRIES. $250.00, Dressage schooling test: by mail, $35 per test.
Pinney deposit: $ 25.00 (no pinney deposit for dressage schooling test entries).
Stabling: $200.00 for the duration.
Clean stall deposit: $50.00.
CREDIT CARD: Note: For entry or entry/stabling paid by credit card through Event Entries, missing pinney ($25) and "muck/ clean stall" fees willbe deducted after the event only if necessary.
CHECK: If not paying by credit card through Event Entries, draw checks to NEFESE/GHF. Send two or three separate checks for each horse: Check #1-Total of entry, USEA/USEF fees and stablingfee if appropriate. (PT entries pay USEA fees, no USEF fees) Check #2: pinney deposit. Check #3: clean stall deposit if stabling. No Canadian or foreign checks accepted. All funds must be drawn on U.S. banks with U.S. routing numbers.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Refunds for early scratches, including entries paid by credit card, will be made IMMEDIATELY after the closing date in June. After C.D.-No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21) are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any accepted rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
IP, PT and TN will be run if sufficient demand. Otherwise, onlyOP, OT or ON will be offered. Final decision on divisions will be posted at grotonhousefarm.com on Friday, May 31; withdrawals must be made before closing date. Incomplete entries will be placed at the bottom of the list of entries. Entries limited. Special scheduling requests must be submitted with entry. IP/P/JYOP entries must include USEF membership numbers for rider and trainer and owner. Or include the $45 USEF Show Pass fee for any non-member. USEA membership and horse registration required at all levels. Negative COGGINS within 12 months must accompany entry. Entry is incomplete without Coggins. Competitors must also have documentation of RHINO/FLU vaccinations within six months of the competition.
Remember, every rider, trainer and owner AT ANY LEVEL who is a 18 years of age and a USEF competing member (even if not competing at Preliminary or above) must complete the core SAFE SPORT TRAINING to be eligible to complete at Groton House, a USEF recognized and endorsed competition.
Changes/scratches: Timely phone calls encouraged but must be followed by written notification by mail. Do not email. Changes after closing date incur $50 fee. Changes of level received after Monday, 6/17 not accepted. Substitution of horseor rider only asper USEF Eventing Rule EV106.9.

Groton House Dangerous Riding Policy: Competitors will be RED FLAGGED for excess speed or for otherwise endangering themselves or their horses. Riders MUST STOP when flagged and leave the course. See also Eventing Rule 112.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited. Temporary stalls on grounds, 10' x 10'. Overflow stabling off-grounds, $200 for duration. If paying by check, add $200 toentry check (for each horse separately), with clean stall deposit ($50) as separate check/s.USEA stabling form must accompany entry. Bedding available for purchase. Stall doors provided. NO ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS for vehicles or appliances. No extension cords or cables permitted in stabling tents.
