From the North: Take Mass Route 3 south to exit 3. Turn left off the exit. Take third right onto Old Sandwich Rd. Farm is 2 miles on the right.
From the South: Take Mass Route 3 north to exit 2. At end of ramp turn left. Then turn left onto route 3A north. Follow Route 3A north for approx. 2 miles. Turn left onto Old Sandwich Rd. Farm is approx 2 miles on your left.

Entry: Horse Trials divisions M/PT/T/N/BN: $190.00; Intro $160.00.
Horse Trials Competitors: USEA Starter/D&M fees are not included as part of the entry fee, please add these to your entry fee.
INTRO Competitors: INTRO entrants are exempt from USEA Starter/D&M fees and USEA membership/non-membership fees do not apply.
Stabling: limited. $100.00 per night on grounds.
Fees: $25 fee for entries accepted after close date, $25 fee for any incomplete entries after closing date - this includes signatures, coggins etc.
Entries are not considered accepted until payment is received. Times will not be assigned for unpaid entries.
Refunds: Before C.D -Less $25 non-refundable office
fee; After C.D. Entry-Less $25 office fee ONLY if place can be filled
from a wait list. $100 non transferable credit towards Valinor Farm 2018

USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21) are not subject to office fees and shall be returned, within 30 days of the competition, to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

$25 charge for lost pinny, no deposit required.
$25 fee for non-negotiable check.
Negative Coggins required within 12 months for all horses.

M- 2200 m @ 490 mpm. T- 2000 m @ 420 mpm. N- 1600 m @ 350 mpm. BN- 1400 m @ 300 mpm. INTRO- 1200 m @ 300mpm/max fence height 2'3". All courses: Early season courses, open fields with rolling terrain and some wooded trails. Footing generally very good, sand based turf. Courses include banks, water, ditches appropriate for level. No water on the INTRO course. INTRO course is a very simple introduction to the sport. Expanded cross country fields and new tracks for 2019. Cross-country course closed by June 1.

Awards
Prizes & 8 ribbons per division. The Jockey Club's T.I.P (Thoroughbred Incentive Program) is sponsoring awards and prize money for the highest placing thoroughbred at each level. Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited. $100/stall/night on grounds. Possibly more available off-grounds. Stabling form must accompany entry. Competitors stabling overnight please arrive between 3 and 8 pm. Please contact secretary if you need to arrive later. Stall doors provided, bedding available for purchase, $8 per bag, please order with entry. Upgraded all weather footing in all outdoor sand rings.
Entry limit 120 per day.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; please state preferences under Eligible Section, provide experience and birth date on entry.
Dogs must be leashed.
No motorized vehicles allowed on X-Cty.
Non-competing horses must purchase a #.
Please contact organizer if you need to arrive for stabling after 8pm.
Parking is limited, please write the size of your trailer on your entry form.
Water and food available on grounds.
