Sun: Dressage begins at 8 am. Show Jumping at 9:30 am. Cross-country 10:00 AM. All divisions will complete show jumping prior to cross-country. Please ride in cross-country gear for Show Jumping.

Refunds: Before CD: less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD: no refund unless entry can be filled from wait list; Stabling Refund: only if stall can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation: partial credit refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries will be limited to first 125 competitors.All entriesinclude a $25 non-refundable office fee. Entry confirmation will be posted on www.gvrdc.org starting one week after Opening Date. Intro competitors use entry form on gvrdc.org; all others use 2019 Horse Trials, Classic Events and Eventing Tests Entry Form found at useventing.com. Attention BNCompetitors:As of December 1, 2016USEA membership is required for all entries competing at Beginner Novice.Refunds: Before CD: less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD: no refund unless entry can be filled from wait list; Stabling Refund: only if stall can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation: partial credit refund.
Neg. Coggins required for all out of state horses within 12 months of competition date; Neg. Coggins for New York State horses dated on or after January 1, 2018. Coggins must accompany entry.
Entry Status: Please check website (www.gvrdc.org) for entry status. In fairness to all, incomplete entries will not be entered into draw until complete. Entry date will be recorded when entry is complete.Post Entries: If event is not filled we will accept post entries with a $25 surcharge if received by June 1st.

TN-2000 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 325 mpm. Intro-1200 m (untimed). Terrain: Water, ditches & banks. All courses: inviting and appropriate for first time out.Intro will include logs and miniature versions of traditional cross-country fences not to exceed 2'2", with no water or ditches.Cross-country course closed until after event.
