From North: I25 South exit Lincoln; east to Parker road (#83); south (right) on Parker Road. Go 6.5 miles. Turn east (left) on Bayou Gulch Road (there is a traffic light). Follow signs to Colorado Horse Park. Main entrance just east of Ponderosa High School.
From South: I25 N exit 181 (Plum Creek Pkway) in Castle Rock. Turn right onto Plum Creek Pkway. Then .24 miles turn left onto S Perry St. Make a right onto 5th St (turns into E Highway 86/CO-86. Turn left onto CO-83/N State HW 86. Go approx. 3 miles to Bayou Gulch Road (there is a traffic light). Turn East (right) onto Bayou Gulch Road - follow signs to Colorado Horse Park.

Entries:Enter online at www.evententries.com. Entry fee includes $25 non-refundable office fee. Refunds after closing date: stabling and USEA fees. Competition Cancellation - Full refund. **All scratches/ changes must be in writing, email, or fax. Changes after closing date subject to availability of slots in other divisions. A late entry fee of $50 for entries received after closing date. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Copy of Coggins must accompany entry. A health certificate within 7 days of each horses arrival is required upon entrance to facility. For Horse Trial exhibitors, an approved and completed medical card or medical bracelet is required any time while jumping.
Vaccination requirement: All horses arriving onto the Colorado Horse Park facility must be vaccinated according to the USEF rules: They need to be within 180 days and the most important is the flu/Rhino - EHV 1 & 4. It would be preferable that the vaccinations are included on the Health Certificate. Horses may not unload until paperwork is turned in and approved. All horses must enter the facility off Bayou Gulch Rd. There will only be one entrance open and it will be the first entry east of Ponderosa High School and across from the church. No entrance for horse show trailers through the top gate on S. Pinery Drive. All Intermediate and Preliminary entries must include copy of USEF Member card for rider and owner with entry.
Biosecurity:The Colorado Horse Park requires the following: current negative coggins certificate within one year; Health Certificate within 10 days of arrival; paperwork reflecting the dates of vaccinations that were given. They need to be within 180 days and the most important is the flu/Rhino - EHV 1 & 4. It would be preferable that the vaccinations are included on the Health Certificate. Horses may not unload until paperwork is turned in and approved. All horses must enter the facility off Bayou Gulch Rd. There will only be one

CHP Pre-Check: We will be offering CHP Pre-Check. Pre-Check consists of the owner
submitting all paperwork a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the show, and upon
approval, the owner shall receive a pass for each horse to be presented upon arrival at the
biosecurity gate. This will speed up your entrance to the facility.

Competition Entrance: PLEASE NOTE: The competition entrance for horse trailer is7375 Bayou Gulch Road; Parker, CO 80134. Horse Trailers cannot enter through the top page on S. Pinery Road.

HT:Ribbons through eighth place. Award for first place.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling: $150 for duration Thursday through Sunday. $35 for each additional night. Turn out paddock day $25/per day - only for horses stabled during the event. If space permits, day stalls may be rented for $35/night. Permanent and temporary stalls on grounds - stall doors provided. Tack stalls $150. $50 one time grounds fee per horse for non-stabled horses. All fees must be included with entry. Shavings are not included. Shavings for sale $10/bag. Please pre-order with entry. I - approx3200 meters @ 550m/m.P- approx 2600 meters @520m/m.T-approx 2300meters @ 450m/m.N-approx 1900 Meters @ 400m/m. BN-approx 1600 meters 350m/m, Intro - approx.1300 meters 325 m/m. Grass footing with rolling terrain, Water on all courses, except for Intro. Courses appropriate for horses with some experience at their levels. Includes 2 or 3 water complexes.Cross Country course closed after April 16, 2019.

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant. State preference under the eligible section and put birth date on entry.
Food Vendors on grounds.
Any dog caught off leash will be charged $50 - to go to jump building fund. For safety purposes, all small children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. TBAevening competitor party included in entry for competitors.$15 per person for each additional ticket, please include reservations and money with entry. Please fill out information about your horse and competition history on bottom of entry form for announcer.
Due to state and county requirements, no unauthorized, motorized vehicles of any kind will be allowed on the cross country course, official vehicles only. All drivers of motorized vehicles (including golf carts, dirt bikes, etc) must have a current drivers license and be able to show proof. Limited number of golf carts available on grounds. Incomplete or illegible entries may be returned. Non competing horses not allowed in warm up areas during competition - must get bridle number from show secretary and wear at all times when out of stall.
