Address: Washington State Horse Park - 1202 Douglas Munro Blvd CleElum, WA (www.washingtonstatehorsepark.org) From I90 Eastbound - Take Exit 84; after exit ramp take first left (between Chevron and Windermere) onto Douglas Munro Blvd., stay on this road as it quickly turns left and proceed 0.7 miles past cemetery to entrance to the Horse Park. From I90 Westbound - Take Exit 84; at end of exit ramp turn right onto Oakes Ave., proceed 0.5 miles to light; make left onto W. First St. and continue 0.7 miles; make right (between Chevron and Windermere) onto Douglas Munro Blvd., stay on this road as it quickly turns left and proceed 0.7 miles past cemetery to entrance to the Horse Park. To Lower Cross Country Course: Take Exit 80 and head North on Bullfrog Road. In 1/2 mile turn right on Woodduck Road. Parking for cars is on left of Woodduck Road and trailers park on right side of road.

Refunds before CD less $25 office fee; after CD refunds only given if space can be filled. $25 late fee for entries received after CD. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. If competition is canceled, no refunds will be given. Unpaid entries will be moved to the wait list on close date.

Entries

USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. If oversubscribed, priority will be given to Preliminary and Intermediate level riders. Refunds before CD less $25 office fee; after CD refunds only given if space can be filled. $25 late fee for entries received after CD. If competition is canceled, no refunds will be given. Withdrawal/cancellation requests must be in writing or email to the secretary. Each revision after closing date will incur $20 change fee. $50 fee for all returned checks. Double entries accepted. Organizer reserves the right to limit multiple entries if oversubscribed. Unpaid entries will be moved to the wait list on close date.

I:3300m @ 550mpm, 26 obstacles P:3000m @520mpm, 22 obstaclesT: 2200m @ 450 mpm, 19 obstacles.N:1950m @400 mpm, 17 obstacles.BN:1500m @350 mpm. Training, Novice and Beginner Novice will be on the upper course, redesigned and new tracks.Footing is sandy loam on groomed trails with hilly terrain and woods. Intermediate and Preliminary levels will be located at the lower course, off Woodduck Road. Course is wide trails through pine forest, groomed and conditioned footing. New Intermediate course and changes to the P course. Cross-country course closed May 20th.

Ribbons to 8th place in all divisions; prizes to 8th place.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling: $125 for the entire weekend from 10 am on Thursday to 6 pm Sunday.260 stalls onsite, limited tack stalls available, two bags of initial bedding provided. $25 stall cleaning deposit (separate check); stalls must be stripped, not just picked clean at end of stay.If no stall, weekend haul-in fee of $45 per horse. Veterinarian: Evergreen Equine Veterinarians. Farrier: John Muholland.
