Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUA/Frames/FEI/Entgry/Default.aspx or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.

Stabling/Tack Stall: $155.00, Horse Stall includes3 bags of shavings. Early move-ins, Arriving before 12:00NOON, Thursday,May 9thor Late Move-outs after 7:00pm Sunday,May 12thwill incur additional stall fee of $35.00. Trailer-in/Grounds Fee: $60.00- Non Stabled Horse (haul ins). All horses, competitors, RV's etc, must be off grounds by 7:00PM Sunday, May 12th.
Shavings:Additional shavings may be purchased at $10.00 per bag. Advance orders for Additional Shavings, should be sent to TRHP by Monday, May 6th, and is highly recommended. All Shavings orders should be in by 2:00pm each day for same day delivery. Stall Deposit: $25.00 (separate check)will not be cashed if stall is stripped at end of event. Stabling changes without permission from secretary will result in a $50.00 fine. Remember to put group name on form.
Golf Carts: Golf Carts Available for rent at $75/per day. Advance reservations for golf carts required, reservation form and payment should be received by May 6th, sent to TRHP. USEA Starter and D & M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D & M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Paper Number Pinnies will be in effect for cross country. Riders must bring pinny holders with them.
Entry fees per division and include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro. Introparticipants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.
AllIntermediate and Preliminary entries, owners and agents must show proof of USEF membership, or pay the USEF $45 Show Pass fee. All entries must have three signatures, Rider, Owner, and Trainer.
All CCI2/CCI3 competitors must use the 2019 CCI2/CCI3Entry Form. FEI passports required for all FOREIGN owned CCI horses. National passports required for all US owned CCI horses not in possession of an FEI passport. Requirements for horse passports, recognition cards and the registration of horses for FEI events are set forth in the GRs. All CCI horses and riders must be registered with the FEI for 2018. Include printed, legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email.
Refunds: Before Closing Date-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After Closing Date-Entry-Less $30 only if place can be filled from wait list. Stable-No refund. No telephone withdrawals accepted, emails only.
Competition cancellation-No refund.
Wait List Policy: After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received. Only entries received by Closing Date are placed on the Wait List. All entries received after the closing date are ineligible for the Wait List. Once scheduling of the competition is complete, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only. The Wait List expires on Friday, May 29th at 9 pm. All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the Wait List. After the Closing Date and before the termination of the wait list, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the wait list. Scratches after the close of the wait list date are not eligible for a refund. With the expiration of the Wait List, no scratched spots are filled.

Stabling/Veterinarian
$155 /stall (12 x 12) from 12:00Noon Thursday thru Sunday eve. $35 per night for extra nights, early arrivals need to make prior arrangements by calling Texas Rose Horse Park at 903-882-8696, 337 perm stalls on grounds. Stall doors. All horses, competitors, RV's etc, must be off grounds by 7:00PM Sunday, May 12th.

Show grounds are stressful for many dogs and their presence is discouraged; if present, must be controlled and leashed.
