Priority is based on “postmark date"(date on envelope or online submission date).Payment is due when entry submitted. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Starter & Introare exempt from USEA membership/horse registration, and the USEA Starter/D&M Fee do not apply. XC pinny holder required. $50 stall stripping deposit drawn on separate check is required with entry. Stall deposits cannot be paid online. Check or cash only. Returned checks - $30 fee. Prizes & 8 ribbons per division.

Stabling:$225/stall Thursday - Sunday and includes initial bag of shavings. Additional nights-$35/stall. 224 permanent stalls (10’ x 12’) & temporary stalls (10’ x 10’) available if entries warrant. If temporary stabling is utilized, permanent barn assignments will be made based on postmark date of entry (not “stable with” requests). Stall doors provided. Tack stalls $200 - available only after all horses have been assigned a stall. No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine. Grounds fee:for non-stabled and non-competing horses $50 for entire event. Shavings:available for purchase on grounds, $9/bag; pre-order or buy on site. $50 stall cleaning deposit required & must be included with entry ON A SEPARATE CHECK. Stalls to be stripped prior to leaving (check will be destroyed if stall is stripped). Please specify when make reservations. No hook-ups allowed from barn.

Food concession on grounds – open early for breakfast. Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed during competition. If caught loose, $25 fine. Competitor Reception (everyone is invited) on Saturday at 6pm. No motorized vehicles allowed on XC courses.
