*Paper Numbers will be used for cross country. *Entries-Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Send copies of all required membership cards (USEF + USEA) & valid coggins for date of show. Double entries: Not accepted. USEA membership required at all levels. Please include T.I.P. number for eligible entries. *PLEASE INCLUDE PRINTED CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS ON ENTRY!!!!! *USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except the combined test. Combined Test participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. FEH horses must have FEHregistration status. *Refunds: Before CD Entry/Stabling less $25 non-refundable office fee. After CD-Entry no refund. Stabling refund only if stall is filled. IF ENTRY IS INCOMPLETE AT CLOSING DATE: Any paperwork and or payment received after CD (postmarked or delivered) add $50 late fee- this includes coggins, signature pages, fees, etc. Any electronic or faxed entry made PRIOR to CD must be completed within 5 days of CD or will be considered late and $50 fee will apply. ENTRIES will be scheduled when ALL PAPERWORK and FEES are received. Post entries will be accepted if space allows. All refund/change fees still apply. Check website for entry status.

Stabling/Veterinarian

ON GROUND STABLING $150 PER STALL (with overnight security). INCLUDE WITH ENTRY CHECK. ALSO INCLUDE SEPARATE CHECK: $50 STALL DEPOSIT WILL BE DESTROYED IF STALL STRIPPED. Shavings only! Stall doors provided Veterinarian staff/ Farrier staff-#s posted at sec'y's office & stable area.
