Entry: All divisions: $180.00 per division before closing date, $200.00 per division after closing date. 6 Ribbons, prizes from Strafford Saddlery and Bit of Britain, vouchers for future events or schooling at HPF.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund. All refunds must be requested via email. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $20 change fee -changes must be emailed. $20 pinney fee for unreturned pinny: you will be billed. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full or Live) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund. All refunds must be requested via email. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months; must accompany entry.

P‑2200 m @ 520 mpm. T‑2000 m @ 420 mpm. N-1600 m @ 350 mpm. BN‑1400m @ 325 mpm. All courses: Friendly early season courses at all levels, however hilly terrain does offer challenges. Jumps are varied and consist of logs, portables built by Eric Bull, Jamie Gornall and Levy Rykweart, an inviting water and gentle ditches. Cross‑country course closed May 1. Schooling is permitted before May 1 based on weather.

HPF has a limited number of on grounds temporary stalls with doors @ $50 per stall. Stall doors are provided. Initial bedding is provided. Please leave stalls as you would like to find yours. Please email for offsite stabling ideas.
