Your input and suggestions at the briefing are very helpful for us so we can improve and make our courses better. Volunteer Raffle tickets $5 each or sign up to volunteer and receive free tickets each time you volunteer including each competition level you judge at cross-country. You can puchase 5 tickets for $20, available at Secretary's office. Great Prizes!

Sun: Cross-country-8:00 am. Cross-country open for schooling for 1 hour after last competing horse has finished the course. $25 and pinney from Secretary's office required.

Refunds: Before Closing Date (CD)-Less $25; After CD no refund unless place filled from waiting list. USEA Refund Policy: Divisions that pay the Starter/D&M Fee ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Scratches must be in writing. Preferred method of contact is email to Secretary. $25 for each horse/rider substitution or change after CD.

Changes and up-grades on Cross-country feature NEW fences and galloping paths. Galloping on gently rolling terrain through desert scrub. Pads recommended. Cross-country course closed 3 weeks before event.

Other Information
Dogs must be leashed.
Footing in show jumping and dressage arenas are watered and harrowed before and during the competition as conditions require. The Cross-country courses are raked and watered to maintain good footing on the sandy galloping paths and on the take-off and landing areas of the jumps.
Weather conditions are variable at St Johns. Please check weather and be prepared before you arrive.
